Claims (8)
- 塗装ヘッドから吐出される塗料により、被塗装物の塗装面を塗布する塗装機であって、
前記塗装ヘッドの一方向に沿って複数配置されるとともに、それぞれ独立した分岐供給路を介して前記塗料が供給される複数の液室と、
前記液室毎に複数設けられている吐出口と、
を有し、
前記液室の各々に対応して設けられ、前記液室に前記塗料を供給する供給路と、
前記供給路に配置されるとともに、前記塗料に圧力を付加して前記液室に向けて送り出す圧力付加手段と、
前記供給路における前記圧力付加手段の下流側に配置される第1弁と、
前記供給路における前記圧力付加手段の下流側で、且つ前記第1弁の上流側となる位置から分岐されるとともに、前記圧力付加手段から送り出される前記塗料を前記供給路における前記圧力付加手段の上流側に還流する還流路と、
前記還流路に配置される第2弁と、
前記第1弁及び前記第2弁の開閉制御を行う開閉制御部と、
を備える、
ことを特徴とする塗装機。 - 前記一方向に配置された前記吐出口を有する前記液室の各々は、独立した1つのモジュールとして、前記塗装ヘッドに対して着脱自在である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装機。 - 前記液室に設けられる前記吐出口の数は、前記一方向における両端部に配置された前記液室と、前記一方向における中央部分に配置された前記液室とで異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装機。 - 前記液室に配置される複数の前記吐出口のうち、隣り合う2つの前記吐出口の間隔は、前記一方向における両端部に配置された前記液室と、前記一方向における中央部分に配置された前記液室とで異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装機。 - 前記吐出口の形状は、前記一方向における両端部に配置された前記液室と、前記一方向における中央部分に配置された前記液室とで異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装機。 - 前記一方向における前記液室の幅が、前記一方向における両端部に配置された前記液室と、前記一方向における中央部分に配置された前記液室とで異なる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装機。 - 前記開閉制御部は、前記第1弁及び前記第2弁の開閉制御を前記供給路毎に個別に行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装機。 - 前記圧力付加手段は、駆動源によって駆動するギヤポンプであり、
前記駆動源は、前記供給路の各々に設けられる前記ギヤポンプを同時に駆動させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の塗装機。
