Description

Claims (19)
- 第1の銅膜を含む電流コレクタの上にリチウム金属膜を形成することと、
銅膜、ビスマス膜、スズ膜、又はこれらの組み合わせから選択される金属膜を前記リチウム金属膜の上に形成することであって、前記金属膜が、前記リチウム金属膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングし、かつ延在して、前記電流コレクタと直接接触する、形成することと、
リチウムイオン伝導性セラミック、リチウムイオン伝導性ガラス、又はイオン伝導性液晶を含むリチウムイオン伝導性膜である保護膜を、前記金属膜の上に形成することと、
酸化アルミニウム、オキシ窒化アルミニウム、オキシ水酸化アルミニウム又は窒化アルミニウムを含むセラミック膜を前記保護膜の上に形成することと
を含む、アノード電極構造を製造するための方法。 - 前記金属膜が第2の銅膜であり、前記第2の銅膜が、5ナノメートルから40ナノメートルの範囲内の厚みを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

リチウムイオン伝導性セラミック、リチウムイオン伝導性ガラス、又はイオン伝導性液晶を含むリチウムイオン伝導性膜である保護膜を、前記金属膜の上に形成することと、
酸化アルミニウム、オキシ窒化アルミニウム、オキシ水酸化アルミニウム又は窒化アルミニウムを含むセラミックコーティングを前記保護膜の上に形成することと
を含む、アノード電極構造を製造するための方法。 - 前記金属膜が、第2の銅膜であり、前記第2の銅膜が、10ナノメートルから20ナノメートルの範囲内の厚みを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電流コレクタが、2マイクロメートルから8マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚みを有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記電流コレクタは、
第1のニッケル又はクロム含有膜と、
前記第1のニッケル又はクロム含有膜の上に形成され、かつ50ナノメートルから500ナノメートルの範囲内の厚みを有する前記第1の銅膜と、
前記第1の銅膜の上に形成され、20ナノメートルから50ナノメートルの範囲内の厚みを有する第2のニッケル又はクロム含有膜と、
を備える、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記電流コレクタは、
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)高分子基板と、
前記PET高分子基板の上に形成された前記第1の銅膜と
を備え、前記第1の銅膜が物理的気相堆積処理によって堆積される、請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記保護膜が、前記金属膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- セラミックコーティングが、結合剤を含まない膜である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1の銅膜を含む電流コレクタの上にアノード膜を形成することと、
黒鉛又はシリコン含有黒鉛を含む前記アノード膜の上にリチウム金属膜を形成することと、
前記リチウム金属膜の上に保護膜スタックを形成することであって、前記保護膜スタックが、前記リチウム金属膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングし、かつ延在して、前記電流コレクタと直接接触し、前記保護膜スタックが:
前記リチウム金属膜上に堆積される保護膜であって、前記リチウム金属膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングし、かつ延在して、前記電流コレクタと直接接触する、保護膜と;
前記保護膜上に堆積される第1の高分子膜であって、前記保護膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングする、第1の高分子膜と;
前記第1の高分子膜の上に堆積するセラミック膜であって、前記第1の高分子膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングする、セラミック膜と;
前記セラミック膜の上に堆積される第2の高分子膜であって、前記セラミック膜の上面及び側壁をコーティングする、第2の高分子膜と
を含む、形成することと
を含む、アノード電極構造を製造するための方法。 - 前記保護膜が、フッ化リチウム、酸化アルミニウム、オキシ水酸化アルミニウム、銅カルコゲニド、ビスマスカルコゲニド、炭酸リチウム又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の高分子膜及び前記第2の高分子膜の各々が、独立に、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフェニレンスルフィド、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、カルボキシメチルセルロース、スチレンブタジエンゴム又はこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック膜が、酸化アルミニウム、オキシ窒化アルミニウム、オキシ水酸化アルミニウム又は窒化アルミニウムを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
