Claims (6)
- 二酸化炭素含有ガスに含まれる二酸化炭素を吸収液に吸収させる吸収塔と、
前記吸収塔で二酸化炭素を吸収した前記吸収液を導入し、再生蒸気を用いて前記吸収液から二酸化炭素を分離させることで前記吸収液を再生させる再生塔と、
前記再生塔で再生された前記吸収液を前記吸収塔に供給する第1供給配管と、
前記再生塔で再生された前記吸収液の一部を導入して劣化物を除去し、前記劣化物が除去された前記吸収液を前記再生塔又は前記第1供給配管に供給するリクレーマと、
前記第1供給配管を流通する前記吸収液の粘度を測定するインライン粘度計と、
前記インライン粘度計が測定した前記粘度に基づいて、前記リクレーマでの前記吸収液の処理量を制御する制御部と、
を備える、二酸化炭素回収システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記インライン粘度計が測定した前記粘度が予め規定された閾値を超えたときに、前記リクレーマでの前記吸収液の前記処理量を変化させる、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記インライン粘度計が測定した前記粘度が前記閾値を超えたときに、前記リクレーマでの前記吸収液に対する処理を開始させる、請求項2に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記インライン粘度計が測定した前記粘度が前記閾値を超えたときに、前記リクレーマでの前記吸収液の前記処理量を増加させる、請求項2に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
- 前記再生塔で再生された前記吸収液の一部を前記リクレーマに供給する第2供給配管と、
前記第2供給配管に設置される第1流量調整弁と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1流量調整弁に前記吸収液の流量を調整させることで、前記リクレーマでの前記吸収液の前記処理量を変化させる、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。 - 前記第1供給配管に設置され、前記第1供給配管を流通している前記吸収液の一部を導入し、再度、前記第1供給配管に戻す第3供給配管と、
前記第3供給配管の上流側に設置される第2流量調整弁と、
前記第3供給配管の下流側に設置されるフィルターと、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記インライン粘度計が測定した前記粘度が予め規定された閾値を超えたときに、前記第2流量調整弁に前記吸収液の流量を調整させることで、前記フィルターでの前記吸収液の通液量を増加させる、請求項1に記載の二酸化炭素回収システム。
