Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
本実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス1は、少なくとも1つの導出部53,54の先端部と、当該導出部53,54から導出されている絶縁電線2,3とを覆うように設けられた弾性を有する保護チューブ9と、保護チューブ9の一端部を導出部53,54の外周面53a,54aに締め付け固定する締付部材8A,8Bと、を備えている。締付部材8A,8Bはそれぞれ、導出部53,54を保護チューブ9を介して押圧する押圧部材としての機能も有する。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネス1では、少なくとも1つの導出部53,54と、当該導出部53,54から導出されている絶縁電線2,3とを覆うように設けられた弾性を有する保護チューブ9と、保護チューブ9の一端部を導出部53,54の外周面53a,54aに締め付け固定する締付部材8A,8Bと、を備えている。
次に、本発明の他の実施の形態を説明する。図5(a)は、本発明の他の実施の形態に係るワイヤハーネスの縦断面図、図5(b)は、図5(a)のD-D線断面図である。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (5)
- 導体線が絶縁体で被覆された絶縁電線と、
前記絶縁電線の長手方向の一部を覆うシースと、
前記絶縁電線を導出させる前記シースの端部及び当該端部から導出された前記絶縁電線の長手方向の一部を覆い、前記絶縁電線を導出する筒状の導出部を有する成形部材と、
当該導出部から導出されている前記絶縁電線を覆うように設けられた保護チューブと、
前記導出部及び前記保護チューブの外周に設けられ、前記保護チューブの一端部を前記導出部に締め付け固定する第1の締付部材と、
を備えた、
ワイヤハーネス。 - 前記保護チューブの他端部を、前記絶縁電線の先端部に設けられたコネクタハウジングの外周面に締め付け固定するコネクタ側締付部材をさらに備え、
前記保護チューブは、前記導出部から前記コネクタハウジングにわたって設けられた一つのチューブである、
請求項1に記載のワイヤハーネス。 - 前記絶縁電線を複数有し、
前記導出部内において、前記複数の絶縁電線は、互いに離間している、
請求項1または2に記載のワイヤハーネス。 - 前記成形部材は、ゴム状弾性体からなる、
