Description
Claims (12)
- 外ケースと、クイックチェンジボルトと、ボルト駆動ピンと、弾性部材と、ロック機構と、を含み、
前記外ケースは、内部に中空のキャビティが形成され、
前記クイックチェンジボルトは前記キャビティ内に配置され、且つ内部には軸方向に貫通孔が形成され、前記クイックチェンジボルトが軸方向に移動して前記キャビティから突出するか又は前記キャビティに収容され、
前記ボルト駆動ピンは、ボルト嵌合段と、フランジ部と、工具嵌合段と、を含み、前記ボルト嵌合段は前記貫通孔にスライド可能に挿入するように構成され、且つ前記貫通孔と嵌合して前記クイックチェンジボルトを前記ボルト駆動ピンに伴って回転させることができ、前記フランジ部の前記クイックチェンジボルトに対向する第1側面は、前記クイックチェンジボルトを押して軸方向に移動させるように構成され、
前記弾性部材の両端はそれぞれ前記外ケースの内側天壁及び前記フランジ部の前記第1側面に当接し、
前記ロック機構は前記外ケースに固定され、前記ロック機構は前記フランジ部の第2側面に当接し、前記ロック機構に前記工具嵌合段が延出するための開口が開設され、前記第2側面は前記第1側面の反対側に位置し、
前記フランジ部の前記第2側面に第1緩み止め歯が設置され、前記ロック機構に、前記第1緩み止め歯と噛み合わせてロック又は分離アンロックすることに適する第2緩み止め歯が設置される、クイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。 - 前記第1緩み止め歯及び前記第2緩み止め歯は斜形の歯状構造である、請求項1に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。
- 前記第1緩み止め歯及び前記第2緩み止め歯の傾斜角度は30°~60°である、請求項2に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。
- 前記クイックチェンジボルトに台形ねじ山が設けられる、請求項1に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。
- 前記貫通孔は第1貫通孔段及び第2貫通孔段を含み、前記第1貫通孔段の断面は前記第2貫通孔段の断面より小さく、
前記ボルト嵌合段はガイド部及び駆動部を含み、前記ガイド部は前記第1貫通孔段に挿入されて、前記ボルト駆動ピンの挿入をガイドするように構成され、前記駆動部は前記第2貫通孔段に挿入され、前記第2貫通孔段と嵌合するように構成され、前記クイックチェンジボルトを前記ボルト駆動ピンに伴って回転させることができる、請求項1に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。 - 前記駆動部及び前記第2貫通孔段の断面は多角形であり、又は前記駆動部と前記第2貫通孔段との間はスプライン嵌合である、請求項5に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。
- 前記外ケースの最上部にボスが形成され、前記ボスの外輪は歯状構造を有する、請求項1に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリ。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のクイックロックチェンジアセンブリと、ナットアセンブリと、を含み、
前記ナットアセンブリはクイックチェンジナットを含み、前記クイックチェンジナットはナット本体を含み、前記ナット本体内に前記クイックチェンジボルトと嵌合して貫通するねじ孔が開設されるロック装置。 - 前記ナットアセンブリは、カバープレートと、ベースと、をさらに含み、
前記カバープレートは前記ベースに固定接続され、前記カバープレートと前記ベースとの間に収容空間が形成され、
前記クイックチェンジナットはさらに前記ナット本体に接続された台面部を含み、前記台面部は収容空間内に配置され、前記ベースに前記ナット本体が延出するための開口が開設され、
前記収容空間は前記クイックチェンジナットが所定の範囲内で移動することを許容するように構成される、請求項8に記載のロック装置。 - 前記ベース及び/又は前記カバープレートにフランジが設けられ、前記フランジは前記クイックチェンジナットが前記ベース及び/又は前記カバープレートに対して回転することを制限するために用いられる、請求項9に記載のロック装置。
- 前記カバープレートに前記クイックチェンジボルトが延出するための開口が開設される、請求項9に記載のロック装置。
- 孔が開設される電池パックビームと、
凹溝が開設される車体ビームと、
請求項8~11のいずれか一項に記載のロック装置と、
を含み、
前記ナットアセンブリは前記車体ビームの凹溝内に固定され、前記クイックロックチェンジアセンブリは前記電池パックビームの孔内に固定される車両。
