Claims (9)
- ハウジング部(2)と、
ミッションオイル(10)を圧送するためのポンプ(3)と、
前記ポンプ(3)の加圧側に位置するオイルフィルタ(4)と、
前記ミッションオイル(10)を冷却するための熱交換器(9)と、
開いているとき、前記オイルフィルタ(4)をバイパスするバイパスを解放するオイルフィルタバイパス弁(5)と、
オイルドレンプラグ(7)を有するオイルパン(6)と、
を備え、
前記ポンプ(3)と前記オイルフィルタ(4)との間、及び、前記オイルフィルタ(4)と前記熱交換器(9)との間の個々のチャネルが、前記ハウジング部(2)に一体化されている
ことを特徴とする電気/ハイブリッド自動車(26)用のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール(1)。 - 前記熱交換器(9)の上流に配置された第1の油温センサ(11)が、油温を検出するために設けられ、及び/又は
前記熱交換器(9)の下流に配置された第2の油温センサ(12)が、油温を検出するために設けられている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 前記ハウジング部(2)には、前記第1の油温センサ(11)を受け入れるための第1の挿入開口部(13)が設けられ、及び/又は
前記ハウジング部(2)には、前記第2の油温センサ(12)を受け入れるための第2の挿入開口部(14)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 前記第1の油温センサ(11)が、クリップ接続を介して前記第1の挿入開口部(13)内にしっかりと固定され、及び/又は
前記第2の油温センサ(12)が、クリップ接続を介して前記第2の挿入開口部(14)内にしっかりと固定されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 前記ハウジング部(2)と一体に形成された戻り止め輪郭(15,16)が設けられ、
第1及び/又は第2の油温センサ(11,12)は、取り付けられた状態で関連する戻り止め輪郭(15,16)にクリップ留めされる戻り止め突起(17,18)を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 前記ポンプ(3)と前記オイルフィルタ(4)との間に油圧センサ(22)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 前記ポンプ(3)の吸引側にプレフィルタ(21)が配置されている
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 熱交換器バイパス弁(23)が設けられており、
前記熱交換器バイパス弁(23)が、開いているときに、前記熱交換器(9)をバイパスするバイパスを解放する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のミッションオイルフィルタモジュール(1)を備えた、電気自動車又はハイブリッド自動車(26)。
