Description
1)配位子のワンステップ反応により白金(II)錯体を合成でき、白金(II)錯体の製造及び精製が容易となる。
2)白金(II)錯体の合成過程において、異性体の生成がなく、構造が単一である。
3)キレート配位し、構造が安定的である。
4)相対的に良いリン光発光効率を有する。
以下のように、初期基質S1とS2とをSuzuki-Miyauraカップリング反応して基質S3を得る工程と、S3とS4とをBuchwald-Hartwigカップリング反応して基質S5を得る工程と、S5とS6とをBuchwald-Hartwigカップリング反応して基質S7を得る工程と、S7をピリジン塩酸塩の作用により高温加熱して脱メチル化してS8を得る工程と、S8とK2PtCl4とをキレート反応して目標白金(II)錯体TMを得る工程と、を含む。
Pt-2の製造方法がPt-1の合成ルートと同じであり、単に化合物4の代わりに化合物9を用いた点で相違する。化合物9の分子式は以下に示す通りである。
Pt-3の製造方法がPt-1の合成ルートと同じであり、単に化合物4の代わりに化合物9を用い、化合物6の代わりに化合物10を用いた点で相違する。化合物10の分子式は以下に示す通りである。
Pt-12の製造方法がPt-1の合成ルートと同じであり、単に化合物2の代わりに化合物11を用い、化合物4の代わりに化合物12を用い、化合物6の代わりに化合物10を用いた点で相違する。化合物11の分子式は以下に示す通りである。

透明陽極インジウムスズ酸化物(ITO)(10Ω/sq)ガラス基板をアセトン、エタノール及び蒸留水で順次に超音波洗浄し、さらに酸素ガスで5分間プラズマ処理した。
Claims (12)
- 以下の式で示される構造を有する四座配位白金(II)錯体。
(式中、R1~R21は、独立に水素、重水素、ハロゲン元素、ヒドロキシ基、アシル基、アルコキシ基、アシルオキシ基、アミノ基、ニトロ基、アシルアミノ基、シアノ基、カルボキシ基、スチリル基、アミノカルボニル基、カルバモイル基、ベンジルカルボニル基、アリールオキシ基、ジアリールアミノ基、C1~30の飽和アルキル基、C2~20の不飽和アルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のC5~30のアリール基、及び置換もしくは無置換のC5~30のヘテロアリール基のうちから選ばれ、前記置換は、ハロゲン元素、重水素、C1~C20のアルキル基、C1~C10のシリル基、又はシアノ基による置換であり、前記ヘテロアリール基におけるヘテロ原子はN、O及びSのうちの1種又は2種以上である。) - R1~R21は、独立に水素、ハロゲン元素、アミノ基、ニトロ基、シアノ基、ジアリールアミノ基、C1~10の飽和アルキル基、ハロゲン元素又は1個もしくは複数個のC1~C4のアルキル基により置換されているか、あるいは置換されていないC5~20のアリール基、及びハロゲン元素又は1個もしくは複数個のC1~C4のアルキル基により置換されているか、あるいは置換されていないC5~20のヘテロアリール基のうちから選ばれ、前記ハロゲン元素はF、Cl及びBrのうちから選択される、請求項1に記載の錯体。
- R1~R21の21個の基のうちの0~3個の基は、独立にジアリールアミノ基、ハロゲン元素もしくは1~3個のC1~C4のアルキル基により置換されているか、あるいは置換されていないC5~10のアリール基、及びハロゲン元素もしくは1~3個のC1~C4のアルキル基により置換されているか、あるいは置換されていないC5~10のN含有ヘテロアリール基のうちから選択され、その他の基は、独立に水素又はC1~8の飽和アルキル基であり、前記ハロゲン元素はF又はClである、請求項2に記載の錯体。
- 前記R1~R21の21個の基のうちの0~3個の基は、独立にジフェニルアミノ基、フェニル基、ピリジル基及びカルバゾリル基のうちから選択され、その他の基は、独立に水素、フッ素又はC1~4の飽和アルキル基から選択される請求項3に記載の錯体。
- 以下の式で示される構造を有する請求項1に記載の錯体。

- 請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の錯体の、OLED発光素子への使用。
- 前記錯体は、発光層において発光作用を果たすリン光ドーパント材料である、請求項11に記載の使用。
