Claims (14)
- 使用者に対して液体薬剤治療を施すための、低液量センサを有する医療装置であって、前記医療装置は、
液体薬剤の供給物を収容するための柔軟性リザーバと、
柔軟性リザーバと流体連絡するチャンバー、出口/入口、および側面孔を有し、側面孔はチャンバーの1つの端部と出口/入口との間に位置する剛直構造と、
チャンバー内に取り付けられ、チャンバーの前記端部を封止するように設計されているプランジャと、
柔軟性リザーバ内の液体の低液量を検出するためのセンサと
を含み、チャンバーに印加される負圧が、柔軟性リザーバから側面孔を通ってチャンバーまで流体を流動させ、柔軟性リザーバが低液量の際にチャンバーに印加される負圧によってプランジャの前位端が側面孔を通過する際に、プランジャの移動によってセンサが起動されて、柔軟性リザーバ中の液体の低液量を示す信号が送信されることを特徴とする医療装置。 - センサは、電気スイッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 電気スイッチは、ボタンにより始動されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の医療装置。
- センサは、光学センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- センサは、磁気センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 液体の低液量信号を受信するための、センサに接続される制御モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- リザーバの液体の低液量状態を警告するための警報システムをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 警報システムは、リザーバの液体の低液量状態の警告として、光信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 警報システムは、リザーバの液体の低液量状態の警告として、音信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 警報システムは、リザーバの液体の低液量状態の警告として、振動信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 警報システムは、リザーバの液体の低液量状態の警告として、光、音および振動の組み合わせ信号を送信することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 柔軟性リザーバから液体をポンプ送液するポンプ機構をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 使用者に対して液体薬剤治療を施すための、低液量センサを有する医療装置であって、前記医療装置は、
液体を収容するための柔軟性リザーバと、
柔軟性リザーバと流体連絡し、柔軟性リザーバから液体をポンプ送液するポンプ機構と、
ポンプ機構と流体連絡する出口/入口を含むチャンバーと、側面孔とを有する剛直構造と、
側面孔を通して柔軟性リザーバおよびポンプ機構と流体連絡する、チャンバー内の自由移動可能なプランジャであって、自由移動可能なプランジャは、ポンプ機構の一部を構成せず、ポンプ機構が発生するチャンバー内の圧力に応じて移動するプランジャと、
ポンプ機構によって側面孔を通過する自由移動可能なプランジャの位置または位置の変化を検出することにより、柔軟性リザーバ内の液体の量を検出するためのセンサと、
センサからの液量信号を受信するための、センサと機能的接続される制御モジュールとを含むことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 液体の低液量を検出し、システムの空になるまでの時間を使用者に通知するための方法であって、
前記システムは、ポンプ機構と、液体薬剤の供給物を収容するための柔軟性リザーバと、柔軟性リザーバと流体連絡するチャンバーおよび側面孔を有する剛直構造と、チャンバー内に取り付けられ、チャンバーの1つの側面を封止するように設計されているプランジャと、柔軟性リザーバ内の液体の低液量を検出するためのセンサと、ポンプ機構と機能的接続される、ポンプ機構の動作を制御するための制御モジュールとを含み、チャンバーは出口/入口を有し、プランジャの内側端が出口/入口に向かって側面孔を通過する際に、センサが起動されて柔軟性リザーバ中の液体の低液量を示す信号を送信し、
前記方法は、
側面孔を通して柔軟性リザーバに接続されるチャンバーを有する剛直構造を提供する工程と、
ポンプ機構によって剛直構造の一端に負圧を印加する工程と、
ポンプ機構が発生する負圧により柔軟性リザーバから流体を取り出す工程と、
流体リザーバが空の際の出口/入口に向かうプランジャの移動によって、プランジャがセンサとの接触を喪失する瞬間を検出する工程と、
現在の流速とチャンバーおよび導管の体積とに基づいて、チャンバーおよび導管が空になるまでの時間の推定値を計算する工程と、
使用者に対して液量が低いことを警告する工程と、
使用者に、システムから液体が尽きるであろう時間の概算値を通知する工程と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
