Claims (5)
- 弁本体と、前記弁本体に取り付けられたキャンと、前記キャンの外側に取り付けられたステーターユニットと、を有する電動弁であって、
前記キャンは、円筒部と、前記円筒部の一端に連設された天井部と、を有し、
前記ステーターユニットは、キャップ形状のカバーと、前記カバーの内側に配置された円筒形状のステーターと、前記ステーターと前記カバーとの間に充填された充填樹脂からなるモールドと、を有し、
前記ステーターユニットは、前記キャンが軸方向に挿入される開口を有し、
前記カバーは、前記天井部が内側に配置されるドーム部を有し、
前記ドーム部は、その内面に延在するリブを有し、
前記キャンの前記円筒部は、複数の半球形状の突部を有し、
前記ステーターユニットは、前記円筒部の外周面に対向して配置される複数の保持片を有し、
前記複数の保持片は、貫通孔または凹部からなる保持部を有し、
前記保持部の前記軸方向の大きさは、前記突部の径以下であり、
前記保持部の前記軸方向の中心から前記リブまでの前記軸方向の長さをL3とし、前記突部の中心から前記天井部における前記リブに接する箇所までの前記軸方向の長さをL4とし、前記保持部の前記軸方向の大きさをD1とすると、以下の式(2)を満足し、

前記キャンが取付位置にあるとき、前記保持部の前記軸方向の中心と前記突部の中心とが一致して前記保持部に前記突部が保持され、前記リブが前記天井部と前記軸方向に間隔をあけて対向し、
前記キャンが前記取付位置から移動されて前記リブが前記天井部と面接触する位置に前記キャンがあるとき、前記保持片が弾性変形されることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記キャンが前記開口に前記取付位置まで挿入されたとき、前記リブが前記天井部と前記軸方向に間隔をあけて対向するように配置され、
前記キャンが前記取付位置よりさらに前記開口に挿入されたとき、前記リブの先端面が前記天井部と面接触するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記リブが、前記キャンと同軸に配置され、前記キャンの外径より小さい径を有する円形状または円弧形状を有している、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動弁。
- 前記ドーム部の頂部の厚さは、前記ドーム部の外面から前記リブの先端面までの厚さより小さい、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
- 前記ドーム部の頂部に開口が設けられている、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
