Claims (8)
- 移動体に設けられる燃料電池システムであって、
燃料電池スタックと、
前記燃料電池スタックにカソードガスを供給するカソード供給路と、
前記燃料電池スタックからカソードオフガスを排出するカソード排出路と、
前記燃料電池スタックを迂回するように前記カソード供給路と前記カソード排出路を接続したバイパス路と、
前記カソード供給路に前記カソードガスを供給するエアポンプと、
前記カソード供給路又は前記カソード排出路における前記バイパス路の接続箇所と前記燃料電池スタックとの間に設けられる1以上の封止弁と、
前記バイパス路に設けられるバイパス弁と、
前記エアポンプ、前記1以上の封止弁及び前記バイパス弁の動作を制御する制御装置と、を含み、
前記制御装置は、
前記燃料電池システムに設けられた温度検出部から前記燃料電池スタックの温度に関わる温度情報を取得し、
前記移動体の起動中において、前記燃料電池スタックの発電停止に関わる信号を受信した場合に、取得した前記温度情報が所定の温度値を上回るか否かを判定し、
前記温度情報が前記所定の温度値を上回ることを判定した場合に、バッテリから前記エアポンプに電力を供給して前記エアポンプを動作させた状態で、前記1以上の封止弁を閉塞すると共に前記バイパス弁を開放することで、前記エアポンプの下流側に供給された前記カソードガスは、前記燃料電池スタックに向かわずに、前記カソード供給路から前記バイパス路を通って前記カソード排出路に流通することにより、前記燃料電池スタックの発電を停止する第1制御を行い、
前記移動体の走行中において、前記温度情報が前記所定の温度値以下であることを判定した場合に、前記エアポンプを稼動することで、当該エアポンプの電力消費量より小さい電力で前記燃料電池スタックの発電を行う第2制御を行い、
前記第1制御で閉塞される封止弁は、前記カソード供給路における前記バイパス路の接続箇所と前記燃料電池スタックとの間に設けられた供給側封止弁を含み、

前記制御装置は、
前記第2制御の実施中に、前記温度情報が前記所定の温度値を上回った場合に、前記第2制御を停止して前記第1制御に切り替える
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記1以上の封止弁の正常又は異常を検出する異常検出部を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記異常検出部から前記1以上の封止弁のいずれかが閉塞できない閉異常を取得した場合に、前記第1制御を禁止して前記第2制御を実施する
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記燃料電池システムに設けられた圧力検出部から前記燃料電池スタックのアノード電極側の圧力及びカソード電極側の圧力に関わる圧力情報を取得し、
前記アノード電極側の圧力と前記カソード電極側の圧力の極間差圧が所定の圧力値を上回るか否かを判定し、
前記極間差圧が前記所定の圧力値を上回る場合に、前記第1制御を少なくとも一時的に禁止する
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項5記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記温度情報が前記所定の温度値を上回ることを判定する一方で、前記極間差圧が前記所定の圧力値を上回ることに基づき前記第1制御を禁止した場合に、前記燃料電池スタックの電力が所定値に下がるまで、又は前記極間差圧が前記所定の圧力値以下となるまで待機し、待機後に前記第1制御を実施する
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1制御では前記バイパス弁を全開状態とし、
前記第2制御では前記燃料電池スタックの発電量に応じて開度を調整する
燃料電池システム。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1制御の実施中に、前記燃料電池スタックに対するアノードガスの流通を継続する
燃料電池システム。
