Description
本発明は、特定の鎖長分布を含有するアルキルアリールスルホネート界面活性剤系を目的とする。

一般に、洗濯又は洗浄補助剤は、最低限の必須成分のみを含有する組成物を洗濯又は洗浄の目的に有用な組成物に変換するために必要な任意の材料である。補助剤は、一般に、安定剤、希釈剤、構造化材料、着色剤、プロ香料、及び香料などの審美効果を有する剤、並びに非依存性又は依存性の洗浄機能を有する材料を含む。好ましい実施形態では、洗濯又は洗浄補助剤は、洗濯又は洗浄製品、特に家庭環境において消費者によって直接使用されることを意図する洗濯又は洗浄製品に絶対的に特徴的であるので、当業者が容易に認識可能である。
界面活性剤系の約15重量%~約45重量%、あるいは20重量%~40重量%の非イオン性界面活性剤を含む。本開示の組成物は、当該組成物の約2重量%~約20重量%又は約3重量%~約16重量%の非イオン界面活性剤を含み得る。

組成物は、任意選択で、組成物の約0.001重量%~約10重量%、又は約0.005重量%~約8重量%、又は約0.01重量%~約6重量%の酵素安定化系を含んでもよい。酵素安定化系は、洗浄性酵素と適合性のある任意の安定化系であってよい。このような系は、他の配合物活性物質によって本質的に提供されてもよく、又は洗剤にそのまま使用可能な酵素の配合者若しくは製造業者によって別個に添加されてもよい。かかる安定化系は、例えば、カルシウムイオン、ホウ酸、プロピレングリコール、ジエチレングリコール、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、グリセロール、ソルビトール、ギ酸カルシウム、短鎖カルボン酸、ボロン酸、塩素漂白捕捉剤、及びこれらの混合物を含むことができ、洗剤組成物の種類及び物理的形態に応じて異なる安定化問題に対処するように設計される。プロテアーゼを含む水性洗剤組成物の場合は、ボレート、4-ホルミルフェニルボロン酸、フェニルボロン酸、及びこれらの誘導体を含む、ホウ素化合物などの可逆的プロテアーゼ阻害剤、又はカルシウムホルメート、ナトリウムホルメート及び1,2-プロパンジオールなどの化合物を添加して、安定性を更に改善してもよい。
本明細書における洗剤組成物は、界面活性剤系の0重量%~約10重量%の石鹸を含み得る。「脂肪酸カルボキシレート」とも呼ばれる石鹸は、脂肪酸を中和して、以下の一般式を有する一級カルボキシレート又は石鹸を形成することによって形成される:

本明細書における洗剤組成物は、当該組成物の約0.01重量%~約10.0重量%の洗濯補助剤を含み得る。任意の従来の洗濯洗剤成分を使用してよい。本明細書において有用な洗濯補助剤の例としては、酵素、酵素安定剤、蛍光増白剤、粒子状材料、ヒドロトロープ、香料及び他の臭気制御剤、汚れ懸濁ポリマー及び/又は汚れ放出ポリマー、抑泡剤、布地ケア有益剤、pH調整剤、移染防止剤、防腐剤、色素染料、非布地実質染料、封入活性物質(香料マイクロカプセル又は封入漂白剤など)、及びこれらの混合物が挙げられる。
泥汚れ除去/再付着防止剤-本発明の組成物はまた、任意選択で、泥汚れ除去及び再付着防止特性を有する水溶性エトキシ化アミンを含有していてもよい。これらの化合物を含有する顆粒洗剤組成物は、典型的には、約0.01重量%~約10.0重量%の水溶性エトキシ化アミンを含有し、液体洗剤組成物は、典型的には、約0.01%~約5%を含有する。
本明細書における機械洗濯法は、典型的には、有効量の本発明による機械洗濯洗剤組成物が溶解又は分散している洗濯機内において、汚れた洗濯物を水性洗浄溶液で処理することを含む。有効量の洗剤組成物とは、本明細書では、従来の機械洗濯法で一般的に用いられる典型的な製品投入量及び洗浄溶液の体積と同様に、5~65リットルの体積の洗浄溶液中に溶解又は分散している40g~300gの製品を意味する。
ベーコンの脂、調理された牛肉、焦がしバター、及び草を含有するCW120コットンの技術的染色見本は、Accurate Product Development(Fairfield,OH)から購入することができる。見本は、水1ガロンあたり7グレインの硬度を使用してWhirlpool(登録商標)ドラム型洗濯機又はKenmore(登録商標)縦型洗浄機で洗浄し、華氏77度(Whirlpool(登録商標)ドラム型洗濯機)又は華氏86度(Kenmore(登録商標)縦型洗濯機)で洗浄することができる。試験で使用した液体洗剤の全量は49グラムであった。
ΔEwashed=洗浄後の染みレベル
140°F及び軟水において48gのAATCC洗剤を使用する2回の洗浄及びすすぎサイクル、並びに140°Fの軟水において製品を使用しない2回の洗浄及びすすぎサイクルを用いて、布地を剥がした(stripped)。85gの香料無(nil)/香料封入洗剤及び48.5gの液体香料無/香料封入布地強化剤を使用して、3回の洗剤/LFEサイクルを用いてプレコンディショニングされた布地を生成した。90°Fの洗浄/60°Fのすすぎで7gpgの水を用いて、各サイクルを実行する。
以下の表に示されるように、驚くべきことに、各処方中同じレベルの界面活性剤で本発明の高C12HLAS対比較用C11.8HLASを使用した場合、粘度は増加した。一方は比較用C11.8HLASを有し、一方は本発明の高C12HLASを有する、2つのバージョンの各洗剤組成物を調製する。ブルックフィールド粘度計、2番スピンドルを用いて、60RPM/s、25℃で、各組成物の初期粘度を測定する。
Claims (13)
- 液体洗濯洗剤組成物であって、
前記洗濯洗剤組成物の6重量%~50重量%の界面活性剤成分を含み、前記界面活性剤成分が、
a)前記洗濯洗剤組成物の0.5重量%~30重量%の、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸、C10~C16アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸のアルカリ金属塩若しくはアミン塩、又はこれらの組み合わせを含むHLAS界面活性剤であって、50%超のC12を含む、HLAS界面活性剤と、
b)第2の界面活性剤と、を含み、
前記洗濯洗剤組成物が、2重量%~10重量%のアルキルエトキシ化サルフェート界面活性剤(AES)を更に含み、
前記アルキルエトキシ化サルフェート界面活性剤(AES)のアルキル部分が、平均して、13.9~14.6個の炭素原子の分布を含む、液体洗濯洗剤組成物。 - 前記界面活性剤成分が、30重量%~75重量%の前記HLAS界面活性剤を含む、請求項1に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- HLAS界面活性剤とAES界面活性剤成分との比が、重量基準で1:1~10:1である、請求項1又は2に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- HLAS界面活性剤とAS界面活性剤成分との比が、重量基準で0.5:1~5:1である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物が、前記洗濯洗剤組成物の0.03重量%~0.2重量%の光学増白剤を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記HLAS界面活性剤が、C10~C14アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記HLAS界面活性剤が、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホネート及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記界面活性剤成分が、0.2重量%~50重量%の非イオン性界面活性剤を含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物が、4~9のpHを有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記洗濯洗剤組成物が、透明又は半透明である、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記HLAS界面活性剤の、偶数炭素と奇数炭素との比が3:2~99:1である、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 前記HLAS界面活性剤が、以下の対イオン:ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、アンモニウム、モノイソプロパノールアミン、モノエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン、メチルジエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールアミンの任意の組み合わせによって中和される、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
- 形態が、単位用量物品である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の液体洗濯洗剤組成物。
