Description
Claims (6)
- 甲板昇降式プラットフォームユニットを安定させる方法であって、
前記甲板昇降式プラットフォームユニットは、
クレーンまたは可動式カンチレバーなどの作業機を搭載した船体部と、
前記船体部からおよび/または前記船体部を介して延びる複数の脚部であって、海上での作業中に前記甲板昇降式プラットフォームユニットを支持するように配置されている前記複数の脚部と、
前記複数の脚部がプラットフォームの実質的に上方に延在する輸送位置と、前記複数の脚部が前記プラットフォームの下方に実質的に延在して海底に立つ作業位置との間で、前記複数の脚部を移動させるように配置されたジャッキ装置と、を備え、
前記ジャッキ装置は、前記複数の脚部に沿って前記船体部を、前記船体部が水に浮いた状態である浮遊位置と、前記船体部が実質的に海面より上にある作業位置との間で移動させるように構成されており、
前記方法は、
前記複数の脚部が前記海底上にまたは前記海底内に立つまで、前記複数の脚部を下げる工程と、
前記船体部を実質的に前記海面よりも上に上げる工程と、
前記複数の脚部に一時的にプリロード荷重をかける工程と、
前記船体部を更に、前記海面よりも上の作業高さまで上げる工程と、を備え、
前記方法は更に、前記複数の脚部に対し、前記クレーンまたは可動式カンチレバーなどの作業機の搭載位置に応じた荷重分布を与えることで、前記甲板昇降式プラットフォームユニットの前記船体部に対してトルクをかける工程を備える、方法。 - 前記複数の脚部のうちの少なくとも1つの脚部にかかる荷重を減少させることにより、前記船体部にトルクをかける、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の脚部のうち、前記プラットフォームに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのクレーンまたはカンチレバーの最も近くに位置する少なくとも1つの脚部の荷重を低減させる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記甲板昇降式プラットフォームユニットは、少なくとも4本の前記脚部を有する、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の脚部のうち、前記プラットフォームに取り付けられた少なくとも1つのクレーンまたはカンチレバーに最も近い脚部と、前記少なくとも1つのクレーンまたはカンチレバーに最も近い前記脚部と実質的に対角線上に対向する位置に配置された脚部との両方における荷重を減少させる、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記甲板昇降式プラットフォームユニットの前記船体部にトルクをかける前に、前記複数の脚部それぞれにかかる荷重を実質的に均等化する工程、を更に備える、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
