Claims (14)
- 第1基板と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板下に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、
前記第2電極と前記光変換部との間に配置される接着層と、を含み、
前記光変換部は、交互に配置される隔壁部及び収容部を含み、
前記収容部は、分散液及び前記分散液内に配置される複数の光吸収粒子を含み、
前記接着層のLog体積抵抗(Volume Resistivity)は、9Ω・cm~15Ω・cmであり、
前記収容部の最短幅は、第1幅であり、
前記収容部の最長幅は、第2幅であり、
前記隔壁部の最長幅は、第3幅であり、
前記隔壁部の高さは、第1高さであり、
前記第3幅/第1幅は、1.5以上であり、
前記第1高さ/第1幅は、4以上である、光経路制御部材。 - 前記接着層は、モノマーを含み、
前記モノマーは、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate)、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2-Hydroxyetyl Acrylate)、アクリル酸(Acrylic acid)、イソボニルアクリレート(Isobornyl Acrylate)、メチルメタクリレート(Methyl methacrylate)、及びアクリルアミド(Acrlyamide)のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の光経路制御部材。 - 前記モノマーは、前記接着層の全体重量に対して0.1重量%~5重量%含む、請求項2に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記接着層は、帯電防止剤、界面活性剤、及び伝導性高分子のうちから選択される少なくとも一つの添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記添加剤は、前記接着層の全体重量に対して10重量%以下だけ含まれる、請求項4に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、1μm~40μmである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、15μm~30μmである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記接着層の光透過率は、80%以上である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記収容部は、印加される電圧に応じて光透過率が変化し、前記電圧が印加されない場合は光遮断部に、前記電圧が印加される場合は光透過部に可変する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 前記光吸収粒子は、前記電圧が印加されると、前記第1電極または前記第2電極方向に移動する、請求項9に記載の光経路制御部材。
- 表示パネルおよびタッチパネルのうち少なくとも一つのパネルを含むパネルと、
前記パネル上に配置される光経路制御部材と、を含み、
前記光経路制御部材は、
第1基板と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第1電極と、
前記第1基板上に配置される第2基板と、
前記第2基板下に配置される第2電極と、
前記第1電極と前記第2電極との間に配置される光変換部と、
前記第2電極と前記光変換部との間に配置される接着層と、を含み、
前記光変換部は、交互に配置される隔壁部及び収容部を含み、
前記収容部は、分散液及び前記分散液内に配置される複数の光吸収粒子を含み、
前記接着層のLog体積抵抗(Volume Resistivity)は、9Ω・cm~15Ω・cmであり、
前記収容部の最短幅は、第1幅であり、
前記収容部の最長幅は、第2幅であり、
前記隔壁部の最長幅は、第3幅であり、
前記隔壁部の高さは、第1高さであり、
前記第3幅/第1幅は、1.5以上であり、
前記第1高さ/第1幅は、4以上である、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記接着層は、モノマーを含み、
前記モノマーは、2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2-Ethylhexyl Acrylate)、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート(2-Hydroxyetyl Acrylate)、アクリル酸(Acrylic acid)、イソボニルアクリレート(Isobornyl Acrylate)、メチルメタクリレート(Methyl methacrylate)、及びアクリルアミド(Acrlyamide)のうち少なくとも一つを含む、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルは、バックライトユニット及び液晶表示パネルを含み、
前記光経路制御部材は、前記バックライトユニットと前記液晶表示パネルとの間に配置され、
前記バックライトユニットから出射される光は、前記第2基板から前記第1基板方向に移動する、請求項11又は12に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルは、有機発光ダイオードパネルを含み、
前記光経路制御部材は、前記有機発光ダイオードパネル上に配置され、
前記パネルから出射される光は、前記第2基板から前記第1基板方向に移動する、請求項11乃至13のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイ装置。
