Claims (5)
- 共通の製造ラインを使用して製造すべき飲料の種類を切り替えることにより、特定の複数種類の飲料を選択的に製造する飲料工場において、該飲料に由来する排水を検査するための排水検査装置であって、前記特定の複数種類の飲料にはノルマルヘキサンを含む飲料が含まれており、
前記排水の試料を導入する検査流路と、
前記検査流路内の試料に少なくとも2つの異なる波長の光線を照射し、該試料の透過率又は吸光度を前記少なくとも2つの異なる波長毎に測定する光測定器と、
前記光測定器による各波長の測定結果の組み合わせに基づき、前記排水の種別を判定する判定回路であって、波長ごとの所定の閾値と当該波長の前記測定結果との比較に基づき、各波長に対応付けられた所定の排水種別を判定する第1判定処理と、特定の2つの波長の前記測定結果の比に基づき、前記所定の排水種別とは異なる特定の排水種別を判定する第2判定処理と、前記1及び第2判定処理のいずれによっても判定し得なかった前記排水の種別をノルマルヘキサンを含む排水種別とみなして判定する第3判定処理を行う前記判定回路、
を備える排水検査装置。 - 前記光測定器は、略190nm乃至略1100nmの範囲から選ばれた波長を測定対象とする、請求項1の排水検査装置。
- 前記光測定器は、略310nm、略365nm、略405nmの波長を測定対象とする、請求項2の排水検査装置。
- 前記検査流路は透光素材からなる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかの排水検査装置。
- 前記光測定器は、前記各波長に対応して設けられた、複数の異なる光測定ユニットからなる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかの排水検査装置。
