Claims (6)
- 挿入方向先端に設けられ、撮像光が入射されるレンズと、
前記レンズの背部に設けられ、前記撮像光が撮像面に結像されるイメージセンサと、
前記イメージセンサの背部に設けられ、前記イメージセンサの少なくとも前記レンズと反対側の裏面を覆い、絶縁性を有しかつ遮光性を有する遮蔽部と、を備え、
前記遮蔽部は、前記イメージセンサの撮像面の反対側から順に、第1絶縁層と、金属箔を有する遮光層と、が積層配置され、
前記遮光層は、メッシュ層と、前記メッシュ層の面内に設けられる金属層と、からなり、
前記金属層は、前記イメージセンサの撮像面の投影領域を覆うように設けられている、
