Description
サーバ10は、複数の車両20のバッテリ28(図2参照)の充電を制御する。サーバ10は、複数の車両20の運行を管理してよい。あるいは、サーバ10は、複数の車両20の運行を管理する他のサーバと通信可能に構成されてよい。サーバ10は、サーバ通信部11(通信部)、サーバ制御部12(制御部)、サーバ記憶部13、及び、温度取得部14(取得部)を備える。
車両20は、予め定められた経路を、運行スケジュールに従って走行する自動運転可能な車両である。車両20は、例えば旅客運送用のバス等の形態の車両である。車両20は、走行経路上に設けられた、停留所で利用者を乗車及び降車させてよい。車両20は、運行スケジュールに従い、それぞれ所定の経路を走行した後、順次他の車両20と交代し、次の走行のためバッテリの充電を行う。車両20の自動運転は、例えばSAE(Society of Automotive Engineers)において定義されるレベル1からレベル5までのいずれかのレベルで実施されてよい。自動運転は、例示した定義に限られず、他の定義に基づいて実施されてもよい。車両20としては、電力を用いて走行する電気自動車が使用される。
図3及び図4を用いて、複数の車両20の運行の一例について説明する。図3において、複数の車両20は、車両20A,20B,20C,20D,20E及び20Fを含む。複数の車両20は、それぞれ、運行スケジュールに従って所定の走行経路50を走行する。走行経路50は、環状の経路を循環する経路、及び、直線状の経路を往復する経路等を含む。図3では、走行経路50は環状の経路とする。走行経路50中には、利用者の乗降のため複数の停留所51X,51Y及び51Zが設けられている。車両20は、停留所51X,51Y及び51Zで順次停車した後停留所51Xに戻る。それぞれの車両20は、運行スケジュールに従って走行経路50を所定回数周回(直線状の経路の場合は所定回数往復)した後、車庫30に移動する。車庫30に入ると、車両20に対して、決められた整備作業が行われるとともに、充電装置31によりバッテリ28の充電が行われる。バッテリ28の充電は、予めプログラムされた手順に従い全て自動で行われてよい。バッテリ28の充電は、少なくとも部分的に人が介在して行われてよい。

Claims (17)
- 運行スケジュールに従い、それぞれ所定の経路を走行した後、順次他の車両と交代し、次の走行のためバッテリの充電を行う複数の車両のバッテリの充電を制御する充電制御方法であって、
充電を行う環境の温度を測定すること、
測定した前記環境の温度に基づいて、充電を終了させる充電率である第1の充電率を決定すること、及び
充電対象である前記車両の前記バッテリを前記第1の充電率まで充電すること
を含み、
前記環境の温度が第1の温度よりも低い第2の温度の場合の前記第1の充電率は、前記環境の温度が前記第1の温度の場合の前記第1の充電率よりも低くなるように決定され、
充電対象である前記車両の充電前の充電率を第2の充電率とするとき、前記第1の充電率は、前記第2の充電率の状態の前記バッテリを、前記次の走行までの所定時間内で充電可能な範囲から設定される、
充電制御方法。 - 前記第1の充電率は、前記環境の温度の関数として決定される、請求項1に記載の充電制御方法。

- 前記予測放電量は、前記車両が走行する経路の混雑状況を考慮して設定される、請求項3に記載の充電制御方法。
- 前記車両は、旅客運送用の車両であり、前記予測放電量は、前記車両に乗車する利用者の推定人数を考慮して設定される、請求項3に記載の充電制御方法。
- 前記所定時間内に、前記バッテリの前記第1の充電率を、前記予測放電量を消費した後に、前記第3の充電率よりも高い充電率となるような充電率に設定できない場合、前記運行スケジュールを変更する、請求項3から7の何れか一項に記載の充電制御方法。
- 前記車両の制御部が前記第1の充電率を決定する、請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の充電制御方法。
- 運行スケジュールに従い、それぞれ所定の経路を走行した後、順次他の車両と交代し、次の走行のためバッテリの充電を行う複数の車両のバッテリの充電を制御するサーバであって、
充電を行う環境の温度を取得する取得部と、
前記環境の温度に基づいて、充電を終了させる充電率である第1の充電率を決定する制御部と、
充電対象である前記車両の前記バッテリを前記第1の充電率まで充電させる指示を、充電装置に送信する通信部と
を含み、
前記制御部は、前記環境の温度が第1の温度よりも低い第2の温度の場合の前記第1の充電率を、前記環境の温度が前記第1の温度の場合の前記第1の充電率よりも低くなるように決定し、
充電対象である前記車両の充電前の充電率を第2の充電率とするとき、前記制御部は、前記第1の充電率を、前記第2の充電率の状態の前記バッテリが前記次の走行までの所定時間内で充電可能な範囲から設定する、
サーバ。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1の充電率を、前記環境の温度の関数として決定する、請求項10に記載のサーバ。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の充電率を、前記バッテリが前記第1の充電率の状態から、前記所定の経路を走行するのに放電すると予測される予測放電量の電気を放電した後に、前記バッテリに許容される最低の充電率である第3の充電率よりも高い充電率となるように決定する、請求項10または11に記載のサーバ。
- 前記制御部は、前記所定時間内に、前記バッテリの前記第1の充電率を、前記予測放電量の電気を放電した後に前記第3の充電率よりも高い充電率となるような充電率に設定できない場合、前記運行スケジュールを変更する、請求項12に記載のサーバ。
- 運行スケジュールに従い、それぞれ所定の経路を走行した後、順次他の車両と交代し、次の走行のためバッテリの充電を行う複数の車両のバッテリの充電を制御するシステムであって、
前記複数の車両と、
充電を行う環境の温度を測定する温度センサと、
前記環境の温度に基づいて、充電を終了させる充電率である第1の充電率を決定する制御部を含むサーバと、
充電対象である前記車両の前記バッテリを前記第1の充電率まで充電させる充電装置とを含み、
前記制御部は、前記環境の温度が第1の温度よりも低い第2の温度の場合の前記第1の充電率を、前記環境の温度が前記第1の温度の場合の前記第1の充電率よりも低くなるように決定し、
充電対象である前記車両の充電前の充電率を第2の充電率とするとき、前記制御部は、前記第1の充電率を、前記第2の充電率の状態の前記バッテリが前記次の走行までの所定時間内で充電可能な範囲から設定する、
システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記第1の充電率を、前記環境の温度の関数として決定する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1の充電率を、前記バッテリが前記第1の充電率の状態から、前記所定の経路を走行するのに放電すると予測される予測放電量の電気を放電した後に、前記バッテリに許容される最低の充電率である第3の充電率よりも高い充電率となるように決定する、請求項14または15に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御部は、前記所定時間内に、前記バッテリの前記第1の充電率を、前記予測放電量を消費した後に前記第3の充電率よりも高い充電率となるような充電率に設定できない場合、前記運行スケジュールを変更する、請求項16に記載のシステム。
