Description
Claims (9)
- 液圧式制御弁に接続するためのパイロット弁アセンブリであって、前記液圧式制御弁は少なくとも部分的にアクチュエータ室を収容するカバーを有し、前記カバーは、液圧式制御弁のアクチュエータ室と液圧式制御弁の下流側接続部との流体流連通状態にある流れチャネルへのアクセスを提供するねじ山を刻設した制御ソケットを有し、前記パイロット弁アセンブリは、
(a) コネクターであって、該コネクターは、全体的に筒状の本体であって、前記本体の軸に平行に延在する内部通路を囲む、本体と、液圧式制御弁のねじ山を刻設された制御ソケットと係合するための外部ねじ山を備えて形成される、前記コネクターの第1の端部と、前記コネクターの第2の端部であって、前記第2の端部の縁のまわりで配置される一連の歯が設けられる、第2の端部と、前記コネクターの外面において前記第2の端部から一定間隔をとって形成される、周囲溝とを含む、コネクターと、
(b) 液圧式制御弁アクチュエータ室内で圧力を制御するための機構を含むパイロット弁であって、前記パイロット弁は前記コネクターの前記第2の端部とかみ合うように構成された凹部を有し、前記凹部は複数の角度方向において前記コネクターの前記一連の歯と係合するように構成された複数の相補的な歯を有する、パイロット弁と、
(c) 前記一連の歯と係合した前記相補的な歯によって前記コネクターの前記パイロット弁を前記第2の端部にクランプすることで、パイロット弁の角度方向を固定するように、前記周囲溝と係合するためのクランプ装置とを含む、パイロット弁アセンブリ。 - 前記クランプ装置は、前記パイロット弁において形成されたガイドチャネルを通して挿入するための2つの楔爪を有するフォーク状の楔を含み、これにより、前記楔爪は前記周囲溝と係合し、および前記パイロット弁を前記コネクターの前記第2の端部に対して徐々に絞めつけることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記一連の歯は、前記コネクターの前記第2の端部の軸方向に面する末端面の上に配置され、および軸方向に突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記パイロット弁は、コネクターチューブをさらに含み、前記コネクターチューブは前記凹部から突出し、および、液圧式制御弁の制御流路のアパーチャに接続するように、前記コネクターの前記内部通路を通って延在するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記パイロット弁は、少なくとも下流の接続部からの圧力に応じて、液圧式制御弁のアクチュエータ室内の圧力を制御するように構成された、減圧パイロット弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記パイロット弁は、少なくとも下流の接続部における圧力に応じて、液圧式制御弁のアクチュエータ室から下流の接続部までの流路を調節するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記パイロット弁は、液圧式制御弁アクチュエータ室への流路を、上流の接続部に接続された第1の状態と、流れを抑止する第2の状態と、液圧式制御弁アクチュエータ室から圧力を排出するための第3の状態との間で切り替えるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記パイロット弁はダイヤフラムパイロット弁であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
- 前記パイロット弁は、ばねによって付勢されるばね付勢式ダイアフラムと、前記ばねに適用される荷重を変化させるためのばね調整機構とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロット弁アセンブリ。
