Claims (3)
- 電解水溶液中に浸漬したステンレス鋼製の医療器具を一方の電極として矩形波のパルス電位を40分以上90分以下印加して前記医療器具の表面に着色された不動態膜を形成する工程と、
前記パルス電位を印加後の前記医療器具にシリコーンを塗布する工程と、を有し、
前記電解水溶液が3mol/L以上5mol/L以下の硫酸水溶液であって、前記パルス電位は、プラス電圧が1.2V以上1.3V以下、マイナス電圧が-0.6以上-0.3V以下及び周波数が1Hz以上5Hz以下であることを特徴とする黒色医療器具の製造方法。 - 前記パルス電位を印加後の前記医療器具の一部分を養生する工程を行った後、前記シリコーンを塗布する工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の黒色医療器具の製造方法。
- 前記医療器具が縫合針であって、前記縫合針が端面から所望の深さの止まり穴を有し、養生する前記一部分が前記止まり穴の内面部分及び外面部分であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の黒色医療器具の製造方法。
