なおナイフAを1本ごとに把持して昇降させる構成に限定するものではなく、冶具等でナイフAを1度に複数本まとめて把持して昇降させる構成にすることも可能である。
Claims (3)
- 外側にエッジを有する刃部と該刃部と連続したシャンク部を有する医療用刃物であって、エッジを含む刃部に25ナノメートル以上5マイクロメートル以下の厚さのシリコーンをコーティングしたことを特徴とする医療用刃物。
- 刃部と該刃部と連続したシャンク部を有する医療用刃物をシリコーン溶液に浸漬して該刃部の表面にシリコーンコーティングする方法であって、医療用刃物の刃部を下にシャンク部を上にし、前記刃部の上面又は下面と前記シリコーン溶液の液面とのなす角度が0度以上90度以下になるようにして該刃部をシリコーン溶液に浸漬し、その後、前記角度の範囲内で毎分500mm以下の速度で上昇させてシリコーン溶液から離脱させ、且つ100℃以上250℃以下の温度範囲で30分以上乾燥させることを特徴とする医療用刃物のコーティング方法。
- シリコーン濃度を0.2重量%以上15重量%以下とし、且つシリコーンへの浸漬及び乾燥を1回又は複数回繰り返すことにより、シリコーン膜の厚さを調整することを特徴とする請求項2に記載した医療用刃物のコーティング方法。
