Description
水分吸収率=(浸漬後のサンプルの重量-浸漬前のサンプルの重量)/浸漬前のサンプルの重量*100
約3000デニール(denier)のアラミド原糸を、経糸および緯糸に使用して、平織りアラミド織物を製織した。
前記第1および第2ラミネーティング段階を行う代わりに、85℃に加熱された加圧ローラを通じて前記アラミド織物の両面に積層された樹脂フィルムに圧力を加える第1ラミネーティング段階、70℃に加熱された加圧ローラを通じて、前記アラミド織物の両面に積層された樹脂フィルムに圧力を加える第2ラミネーティング段階、および、100℃に加熱された加圧ローラを通じて前記アラミド織物の両面に積層された樹脂フィルムに圧力を加える第3ラミネーティング段階を行うことを除き、実施例1と同様の方法でプレプレグを製造した。
実施例および比較例で製造したプレプレグの物性を下記記載された方法で評価し、その結果を表1に示した。
プレプレグの面密度(mass per unit)に対する樹脂フィルムの面密度の百分率((プレプレグの面密度-アラミド織物の面密度)/プレプレグの面密度*100)を測定して樹脂含有量(単位:重量%)として規定した。
4個のプレプレグを4層に積層した後、ローラを通じて十分に圧搾した。次に、離型処理された平板金型に、前記積層体を載せて置き、離型フィルムを積層した。そして、前記離型フィルムの上に、2mmの厚さの前記プレプレグと、同一のサイズのカウルプレート(Caul Plate、Steel)を積層するかあるいは積層せず、真空バッグ内部の空気流れ通路になるブリーザー(breather)を積層し、最後に真空バッグ(vacuum bag)で全体を囲んだ後、シーラント(sealant)で密封した。そして、28水銀柱インチ(inchHg; inHG)の真空圧力下にて125℃で30分間維持してプレプレグを硬化させることによって、繊維強化複合材料を製造した。
カウルプレート(Caul Plate)を使用して製造された繊維強化複合材料と、カウルプレート(Caul Plate)を使用せずに製造された繊維強化複合材料とについての曲げ強度は、ASTM D790にしたがって23±2℃の温度にて万能引張試験器で測定された。
カウルプレート(Caul Plate)を使用して製造された繊維強化複合材料と、カウルプレート(Caul Plate)を使用せずに製造された繊維強化複合材料とについての水分吸収率は、サンプルを蒸溜水(distilled water)に完全に浸漬させて測定した。そして、下記式1に浸漬前後の重量を代入して、水分吸収率を求めた。
水分吸収率(重量%)=(浸漬後のサンプルの重量-浸漬前のサンプルの重量)/浸漬前のサンプルの重量*100
Claims (8)
- アラミド繊維基材に樹脂フィルムを積層して圧力を加える第1ラミネーティング段階;および第1ラミネーティング工程で得た積層体に圧力を加える第2ラミネーティング段階を含み、
前記第2ラミネーティング段階では、前記第1ラミネーティング段階に比べ、より低い温度で、より低い圧力を加え、
前記第1ラミネーティング段階は、80℃~90℃の温度で行われ、
前記第1ラミネーティング段階は、アラミド繊維基材に樹脂フィルムを積層して、2.6~5barの圧力を加え、
前記第2ラミネーティング段階は、70℃~79℃の温度で行われる、
前記第2ラミネーティング段階では、第1ラミネーティング工程で得た積層体に1.5~2.5barの圧力を加える、プレプレグの製造方法。 - 前記第1ラミネーティング段階では、前記アラミド繊維基材の両面に樹脂フィルムが積層されるように、前記アラミド繊維基材と樹脂フィルムを0.1~1.5m/minの供給速度で連続供給する、請求項1に記載のプレプレグの製造方法。
- 前記アラミド繊維基材は、1500~3500デニール(denier)のアラミド繊維で製織されたアラミド繊維基材である、請求項1に記載のプレプレグの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムは、90℃~130℃で硬化されるものを使用する、請求項1に記載のプレプレグの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムは、70℃における絶対粘度が約5~10Pa・sである樹脂フィルムを使用する、請求項1に記載のプレプレグの製造方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムは、エポキシ樹脂および硬化剤を含む熱硬化性樹脂組成物から形成される、請求項1に記載のプレプレグの製造方法。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂は、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールAD型エポキシ樹脂、ビスフェノールS型エポキシ樹脂、テトラブロモビスフェノールAジグリシジルエーテル、ビフェニル骨格を有するエポキシ樹脂、ナフタレン骨格を有するエポキシ樹脂、ジシクロペンタジエン骨格を有するエポキシ樹脂、フェノールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、クレゾールノボラック型エポキシ樹脂、ジアミノジフェニルメタン型エポキシ樹脂、ジアミノジフェニルスルホン型エポキシ樹脂、アミノフェノール型エポキシ樹脂、メタキシレンジアミン型エポキシ樹脂、1,3-ビスアミノメチルシクロヘキサン型エポキシ樹脂およびイソシアヌレート型エポキシ樹脂からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項6に記載のプレプレグの製造方法。
- アラミド繊維基材、および前記アラミド繊維基材に含浸された状態で硬化された樹脂を含み、ASTM D790により測定された曲げ強度が250~400MPaであり、
前記硬化された樹脂は、エポキシ樹脂および硬化剤を含む熱硬化性樹脂組成物から形成されたものであり、
下記式1で計算される水分吸収率が0~3重量%である、繊維強化複合材料。

(前記式1中、浸漬前のサンプルの重量は、サンプルを蒸溜水に浸漬させる前の重量であり、浸漬後のサンプルの重量は、サンプルを蒸溜水に完全に浸漬させて取り出した後に測定した重量であり、前記重量は、タオルを利用してサンプルの上側、下側および周縁の水気を1次除去した後、水気がないタオルで再び上側及び下側の水気を2次除去した後に測定した値である。)
