Description
図3は、本発明による分離膜、正極、負極のそれぞれが電極組立体に巻き取られる前に広げられた姿が示された図であり、図4は、図3に示した分離膜、負極、正極が巻き取られたときの姿(左側)、及び膨張部材が電解液を吸収してホールを埋めるように膨張した姿(右側)が示された図である。
一方、図3に示されているように、本発明において、前記分離膜10、20は、負極30と正極40よりさらに大きい幅を有する。よって、巻芯に投入されて巻き取られるとき、前記分離膜10、20の両側辺(図3において上側辺及び下側辺)は、前記負極30と正極40のそれぞれから(図3を基準として上側及び下側のそれぞれから)突出されるように巻き取られる。

Claims (13)
- 1番目の分離膜、負極、2番目の分離膜、正極の順序に積層された状態で巻き取られ、前記1番目の分離膜と前記2番目の分離膜の終端が前記正極と前記負極の終端より中心にさらに近く位置される電極組立体;
電解液;及び
前記電極組立体及び前記電解液が内蔵された缶;を含み、
前記電極組立体は、前記1番目の分離膜と前記2番目の分離膜のうち少なくとも何れか一つの中心側終端に膨張部材が付着され、前記膨張部材は、電解液を吸収して膨張する、ボタン型二次電池。 - 前記電極組立体は、中心にホールが形成され、前記膨張部材は、前記中心に形成された前記ホールを埋める、請求項1に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記膨張部材は、前記1番目の分離膜と前記2番目の分離膜のそれぞれの終端全てに付着された、請求項1または2に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記膨張部材は、前記1番目の分離膜と前記2番目の分離膜のそれぞれの終端で幅方向に沿って形成された辺の全体に付着された、請求項3に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記分離膜は、前記負極と前記正極よりさらに大きい幅を有し、前記負極と前記正極のそれぞれの両側辺に突出されるように積層された状態で巻き取られ、
前記分離膜は、両側辺の前記負極と前記正極から突出される部分で膨張部材が追加で付着された、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。 - 前記分離膜は、両側辺の前記負極と前記正極から突出される部分で追加で付着された膨張部材が前記分離膜の両面全てに付着された、請求項5に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記分離膜の両側辺に追加で付着された前記膨張部材は、前記分離膜の長さ方向に沿って連続して付着された、請求項5に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記分離膜の両側辺に追加で付着された前記膨張部材は、前記分離膜の長さ方向に沿って断絶された部分が形成されるように非連続的に付着された、請求項5に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記缶は、前記電極組立体と前記電解液が搭載されるように上側が開口された下部缶、及び前記下部缶の上側を閉鎖するように結合される上部缶を含み、
前記分離膜の両側辺に追加で付着された前記膨張部材が前記電解液を吸収したとき、前記下部缶に搭載された前記電極組立体は、前記分離膜の両側辺が前記上部缶及び前記下部缶の内側表面と離隔される、請求項5から8の何れか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。 - 前記分離膜の両側辺に追加で付着された膨張部材が前記電解液を吸収したとき、前記電極組立体の下に位置した膨張部材と上に位置した膨張部材は、それぞれが下部缶の内側表面と上部缶の内側表面に接触するようになる、請求項9に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記分離膜の両側辺に追加で付着された膨張部材と前記分離膜の中心側終端に付着された膨張部材とは、同一材質で製造された、請求項5から10の何れか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 前記分離膜の両側辺に追加で付着された膨張部材と前記分離膜の中心側終端に付着された膨張部材は、同一材質のスウェリングテープである、請求項11に記載のボタン型二次電池。
- 請求項1から12の何れか一項に記載のボタン型二次電池の複数個が並列又は直列に連結されるように結合された、ボタン型二次電池モジュール。
