Description
架橋剤は、選択的に、ホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒド、グリオキザール、プロピオンアルデヒド、ブチルアルデヒド、スクシンジアルデヒド及びグルタルジアルデヒドからなる群から選択された成分を含んでもよく、また、PVA水溶液と架橋剤との混合が実質的に均一になるように、PVA水溶液と架橋剤との混合液を攪拌してもよい。
Claims (14)
- ブラシホイールを生産する方法であって、
PVA材料、架橋剤、気体状穴埋め剤、及びブラシホイール用型を用意するステップと、
該PVA材料を水に溶解して、PVA水溶液を形成するステップと、
該PVA水溶液に該架橋剤を添加して、該PVA水溶液内の該PVA材料を架橋反応させてPVA架橋溶液を形成するステップと、
該PVA架橋溶液に該気体状穴埋め剤に添加し、該気体状穴埋め剤と該PVA架橋溶液との混合が実質的に均一になるように攪拌して、PVA乳化溶液を形成するステップであって、該PVA乳化溶液内には、該気体状穴埋め剤によって形成された気泡が実質的に均一に分布されているステップと、
該PVA乳化溶液を該ブラシホイール用型内に投入して熟成させるステップであって、該PVA乳化溶液が固体状に熟成され、所定圧縮比の条件の下での圧縮応力が予想に適合する該ブラシホイールが形成されるまで熟成させると、該PVA乳化溶液内に実質的に均一に分布されている気泡は、互いに連通して該ブラシホイールに複数の流体通路を構成し、該複数の流体通路も、互いに連通するとともに該ブラシホイールの表面まで延在して、該ブラシホイールを流体が透過するための孔隙を形成するステップとを含み、
該所定圧縮比が30%の条件の下で、該圧縮応力の下限値は、60g/cm 2 が可能で、該圧縮応力の上限値は、100g/cm 2 が可能である、
ブラシホイールを生産する方法。 - 触媒を更に用意し、該PVA架橋溶液又は該PVA乳化溶液の形成中に該触媒を添加して、架橋反応が触媒されるように該PVA架橋溶液又は該PVA乳化溶液に該触媒を含ませ、該PVA乳化溶液中の該触媒の重量パーセントは、1.5%~5%であり、該触媒は、塩酸、硫酸、リン酸及び硝酸からなる群から選択された成分を含む、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 界面活性剤を更に用意し、該PVA架橋溶液又は該PVA乳化溶液の形成中に該界面活性剤を添加し、該PVA乳化溶液内の気泡状態が維持されるように該PVA架橋溶液又は該PVA乳化溶液に該界面活性剤を含ませ、該PVA乳化溶液中の該界面活性剤の重量パーセントは、0.4%~1.4%であり、該界面活性剤は、ジグリセロールポリプロピレングリコールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンステアレート、ポリエチレングリコールオクチルフェニルエーテル及びアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択された成分を含む、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該PVA乳化溶液中の該架橋剤の重量パーセントは、3%~9%であり、該架橋剤は、ホルムアルデヒド、アセトアルデヒド、グリオキザール、プロピオンアルデヒド、ブチルアルデヒド、スクシンジアルデヒド及びグルタルジアルデヒドからなる群から選択された成分を含む、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該PVA乳化溶液中の該気体状穴埋め剤の体積比は、31%~45%である、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該PVA乳化溶液の熟成温度は、42°C~65°Cである、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該ブラシホイール用型内での該PVA乳化溶液の熟成中に、該ブラシホイール用型は、該PVA乳化溶液の気泡の浮遊の領域範囲が縮小されるように回動されることで、該PVA乳化溶液内の気泡が実質的に均一な分布に維持される、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該ブラシホイールの表面に複数のブラシブロックを有し、各該ブラシブロックは、ブラシ体及び少なくとも1つのサイドサポート体を有し、該サイドサポート体は、該ブラシ体の側辺に結合されて該ブラシ体に横方向の支持を提供する、請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該サイドサポート体は、該ブラシ体の側辺に沿って延在して環状に構成した1つのサイドサポート体である、請求項8に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該サイドサポート体は、該ブラシ体の左右の2側辺にそれぞれ位置する2つのサイドサポート体である、請求項8に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該サイドサポート体は、該ブラシ体の4側辺にそれぞれ位置する4つのサイドサポート体である、請求項8に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- 該サイドサポート体は、実質的に三角柱状体である、請求項8に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法。
- PVA乳化溶液が投入られて請求項1に記載のブラシホイールを生産する方法を使用して生産されるブラシホイールを生産するためのブラシホイール用型であって、
ブラシ体用成形部及びサイドサポート体用成形部を有するキャビティを含み、該ブラシ体用成形部は、該ブラシ体を成形するためのものであり、該サイドサポート体用成形部は、該サイドサポート体を成形するためのものであり、
該サイドサポート体用成形部は、補助排気構造を有し、該PVA乳化溶液の投入中に、該補助排気構造は、該ブラシ体用成形部の側辺にて、該キャビティ内に元々存在していた事前ガスの除去を補助して、該キャビティ内に該事前ガスが残留することに起因して、作製された該ブラシホイールの孔隙が均一に分布できなくなることが回避される、ブラシホイール用型。 - 該補助排気構造は、該事前ガスをキャビティから離れるように案内して該事前ガスの除去に対する補助を実現するための案内斜面である、請求項13に記載のブラシホイール用型。
