Description
この例では、2つの市販のフィルタ、インパクト 8G 7nmPTFEフィルタとインパクト2 AT 0.05umフィルタ(どちらもインテグリス社、マサチューセッツ州ビレリカから入手可能)にプロピレングリコールメチルエーテルアセテート(PGMEA)を流すことによって生成される電荷の量を測定した。本開示によるESDスリーブを有するフィルタおよびESDスリーブを有しないフィルタについて、電荷の蓄積をESD測定器を用いて測定した。ESDを、室温で50、100、200、および300ml/分の流量で測定した。測定電荷を図5に示す。
Claims (10)
- フィルタ要素と、フィルタハウジングと、1つまたは複数のエンドキャップと、導電性ポリマースリーブと、1つまたは複数の導電性ポリマータイバンドとを備える静電気緩和フィルタであって、
導電性ポリマースリーブは、フィルタハウジングの外面上に延在し、
1つまたは複数の導電性ポリマータイバンドは、導電性ポリマースリーブをフィルタハウジングに固定し、グランドに接続するための第1の導電性ポリマータイバンドを含み、
導電性ポリマースリーブは押し出しチューブである、静電気緩和フィルタ。 - 導電性ポリマースリーブをフィルタハウジングに固定し、グランドに接続するための第1の導電性ポリマータイバンドと、導電性ポリマースリーブをフィルタハウジングに固定するための第2の導電性ポリマータイバンドとを有する、請求項1に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 導電性ポリマースリーブが導電性フルオロポリマーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 導電性ポリマースリーブがパーフルオロアルコキシアルカンポリマーを含む、請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 1つまたは複数の導電性ポリマータイバンドが、導電性フルオロポリマーまたは導電性ポリオレフィンを含む、請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 導電性ポリマースリーブが、0.9E+2オーム~1E+4オームの外側の表面抵抗率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 導電性ポリマースリーブが、0.9E+2オーム~1E+4オームの内側の表面抵抗率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 1つまたは複数の導電性ポリマータイバンドが、1Eオーム~1E+4オームの抵抗率を有する、請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタを備える流体処理システム。
- 流体処理システムにおいて請求項1または2に記載の静電気緩和フィルタを装着することを含む、流体処理システムにおける静電気放電を緩和する方法。
