Claims (12)

前記発熱層の外側面の少なくとも一部を取り囲む絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の内部に埋め込まれ(embed)、前記発熱層の温度を測定するために用いられるセンサーパターンと、を含み、
前記コイルは、前記絶縁層の外側面に沿って巻線されて前記エアロゾル生成装置の長手方向に延び、前記ヒータ組立体に対応する位置に配置され

前記コイルに供給される電力を制御する制御部と、をさらに含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記電源部は、
前記エアロゾル生成装置に直流を供給するバッテリと、
前記バッテリから供給される直流を前記コイルに印加される交流に変換する変換部と、を含む、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記センサーパターンから前記発熱層の温度と関連する前記センサーパターンの特性値を受信し、
前記発熱層の温度に基づいて、前記電源部から前記コイルに供給される電力を調整する、請求項9または10に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - シガレットを加熱するためのヒータ組立体と、前記ヒータ組立体に交番磁場を印加するコイルとを含むエアロゾル生成装置を製造する方法において、
少なくとも一部が外部磁場によって発熱するサセプタ物質で形成される発熱層を、内部に前記シガレットを収容するための収容空間が形成される円筒状に形成する段階と、
前記発熱層の外側面の少なくとも一部を取り囲む第1絶縁層を前記発熱層の外側面に塗布する段階と、
前記第1絶縁層の外側面に前記発熱層の温度を測定するために用いられるセンサーパターンを印刷する段階と、
前記センサーパターンが前記第1絶縁層および第2絶縁層によって埋め込まれるように前記第1絶縁層の外側面に前記第2絶縁層を塗布する段階と、
前記コイルを、前記第2絶縁層の外側面に沿って巻線されて前記ヒータ組立体の長手方向に延びるように配置する段階と、
を含む、方法。
