Description
以下に、本実施の形態に係る気泡発生装置について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、図中の同一または相当部分については、同一符号を付してその説明は繰り返さない。
図を参照して、実施の形態の変形例について以下説明する。図7は、本実施の形態の変形例1に係る気泡発生装置1Aの断面図である。図7では、振動を開始する前の気泡発生装置1Aの基準位置を破線で示し、変位後の気泡発生装置1Aの位置を実線で示す。なお、気泡発生装置1と同様の構成については同じ符号を付して、その説明は繰り返さない。気泡発生装置1Aは、つば部34Aが気泡発生装置1Aの内側に向かって延伸している点で気泡発生装置1と異なる。
Claims (4)
- 液体槽に取り付け、振動により微細な気泡を前記液体槽の液体中に発生させる気泡発生装置であって、
複数の開口部が形成され、一方の面が液体と接し、他方の面が気体と接する振動板と、
一方の端で前記振動板を保持する第1筒状体と、
前記第1筒状体の他方の端を支持する板状のバネ部と、
前記第1筒状体を支持する位置の外側にある前記バネ部の位置を一方の端で支持する第2筒状体と、
前記第2筒状体の他方の端に設けられ、前記第2筒状体を振動させる圧電素子と、を備え、
前記第2筒状体は、他方の端に内側または外側に伸びる板状のつば部を有し、
前記圧電素子は、前記つば部の上面または下面に設けられる、気泡発生装置。 - 前記振動板を屈曲させるいずれの振動モードの共振周波数が、前記バネ部の共振周波数より高くなるように構成された、請求項1に記載の気泡発生装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の気泡発生装置と、
液体槽と、を備える、気泡発生システム。 - 前記気泡発生装置は、前記第2筒状体の側面において前記液体槽と結合されている、請求項3に記載の気泡発生システム。
