Claims (5)
- 電解液を収容するための空間と、前記空間を封止する封止部とを有する蓄電モジュールにおける前記空間の気密性を検査する検査装置であって、
前記蓄電モジュールの前記封止部は、前記封止部を貫通して前記空間を外部に連通する連通孔と、前記連通孔を囲み前記封止部の外表面から突出する枠状部と、を有し、
前記検査装置は、前記枠状部に当接して前記連通孔を介して前記空間に検査ガスを導入するためのアタッチメントを有し、
前記アタッチメントは、前記検査ガスが流通する開口が形成された端面を含むベースと、前記端面を基端として突出する枠状の突起部と、前記突起部を覆うように前記ベースに装着され前記枠状部に押圧されるシール部材と、を有し、
前記シール部材は、前記突起部の先端に当接される板状の弾性部材であり、前記検査ガスが流通される流路を有し、前記ベースと前記枠状部とで挟持され、
前記突起部の内周の位置は、前記端面と直交する方向から見て前記枠状部の内周の位置よりも外側である、検査装置。 - 前記突起部の内周の位置は、前記端面と直交する方向から見て前記枠状部の外周の位置と同じである、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記突起部の内周の位置は、前記端面と直交する方向から見て前記枠状部の外周の位置よりも内側である、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記蓄電モジュールは、複数の前記空間と、複数の前記空間にそれぞれ連通された複数の前記連通孔と、を有し、
前記枠状部は、複数の前記連通孔を囲むように矩形枠状を呈しており、
前記枠状部の内側には、複数の前記連通孔を互いに仕切るように、前記枠状部が突出する方向から見て前記枠状部の内側を分割する壁部が形成されており、
前記ベースの前記端面には、複数の前記開口が形成されており、
枠状の前記突起部の内側には、複数の前記開口を互いに仕切るように、前記端面と直交する方向から見て前記突起部の内側を分割し、前記壁部に対向する突起片が形成されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。 - 前記シール部材に形成された前記流路の横断面は、角を有する形状である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の検査装置。
