Claims (4)
- 防水対策が施され、水平方向に沿って配列され、配列方向に対して直交する方向を長手方向とする複数の電池セルと、
隣り合って配置された前記電池セル間にそれぞれ設けられると共に、当該電池セルの長手方向の両端部を支持し、前記電池セルの長手方向の両端部以外の領域において当該電池セルの下面を露出させる開口が形成された複数の樹脂枠と、
を含んで構成された電池スタック。 - 前記樹脂枠は、
隣り合って配置された前記電池セル間に配置される矩形板状の本体部と、
前記本体部の長手方向の両端に設けられ、前記電池セルの長手方向の両端が当接可能な一対の側壁部と、
前記側壁部の下端から水平方向に沿って屈曲され、前記電池セルの長手方向の両端部の下面に当接して当該電池セルを支持可能な一対の支持部と、
を含んで構成されている請求項1に記載の電池スタック。 - 前記一対の側壁部のうち一方の側壁部に設けられ、前記電池セルを当該一対の側壁部のうち他方の側壁部側へ向かって付勢する付勢部が形成された反基準面と、
前記他方の側壁部に設けられ、前記電池セルの長手方向の一端部が当接する基準面と、
を備え、
前記一対の支持部のうち前記一方の側壁部側に形成された一方の支持部の長さは、前記他方の側壁部側に形成された他方の支持部の長さよりも長くなるように設定されている請求項2に記載の電池スタック。 - 請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の電池スタックと、
防水対策が施された状態で前記電池スタックが収容されると共に、前記電池セルの下面を通じて当該電池セルから発する熱を放熱するヒートシンクが設けられた収容ケースと、
を備えた電池モジュール。
