Claims (8)
- 電子アセンブリ(50)を冷却するための装置(100)であって、
前記電子アセンブリ(50)の熱を使って冷却媒体を蒸発させる蒸発器(110)と、
蒸発した前記冷却媒体に蓄えられたエネルギーを電力に変換するパワー変換器(120)と、
前記蒸発器(110)より上流に形成された前記冷却媒体の容器(140)とを備え、
前記冷却媒体は、大気圧において50℃から80℃の温度範囲の蒸発温度を有し、
前記パワー変換器(120)は、MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System)タービンとして形成されたタービン(126)、および凝縮器(124)を含み、
前記凝縮器(124)と前記容器(140)との間に設けられ、前記容器(140)から前記凝縮器(124)への冷却媒体の逆流を防止するための逆止弁(150)を備える、
装置(100)。 - 前記パワー変換器(120)が生成した電力を使うために、前記パワー変換器(120)から前記電子アセンブリ(50)に電力を供給するフィードバック配線(130)をさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記パワー変換器(120)は、発電機(122)をさらに含む、

請求項3に記載の装置(100)。 - 前記冷却媒体は、アンモニア、エタノール、n-ブタン、n-ペンタン、HFC-245fa、HFC-245ca、n-ペルフルオロペンタン、水、または、これらの混合物の少なくともいずれかにより構成されている、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(100)。 - 少なくともひとつの電子回路と、
請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(100)とを備え、

請求項6に記載の電子アセンブリ。 - 電子アセンブリ(50)の熱を使い、冷却媒体を蒸発させるステップであって、前記冷却媒体は、大気圧において50℃から80℃の温度範囲の蒸発温度を有するステップと、
MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System)タービンとして形成されたタービン(126)、および凝縮器(124)とを含むパワー変換機(120)を設けるステップと、
蒸発器(110)を設けるステップと、
前記蒸発器(110)より上流に形成された前記冷却媒体の容器(140)を設けるステップと、
前記凝縮器(124)と前記容器(140)との間に逆止弁(150)を設けて、前記容器(140)から前記凝縮器(124)への冷却媒体の逆流を防止するステップと、
蒸発した前記冷却媒体に蓄えられたエネルギーを電力に変換させるステップとを含む、
電子アセンブリを冷却する方法。
