Claims (1)
- (a)核形成処理により炭化ケイ素を炭化ケイ素材料にする工程と、
(b)窒化物セラミックスウェハ基板によるウェハ基板が提供され、前記炭化ケイ素材料の下側表面と前記ウェハ基板の上側表面の両者又は任意の一方が表面改質によって静電気および水素結合力が生じ、クーロン力および水素結合力によって直接接合されて炭化ケイ素複合ウェハが形成される工程と、を含む、炭化ケイ素複合ウェハの製造方法。
