Description
図1は、本実施形態に係るバッテリーユニットSの構造を示す図である。図2は、図1に示すバッテリーユニットSを矢印Aの向きから見た構造を示す図である。図3は、図2のX-X線断面図である。図4は、図2のY-Y線断面図である。
従来のバッテリーユニットTは、バッテリーユニットSと比べて、第1部材3及び第2部材4の代わりに、第3部材6を有する点で異なる。
本実施形態に係るバッテリーユニットSは、所定の方向において並べて配置されている複数のバッテリーセル1と、複数のバッテリーセル1を熱搬送媒体と熱交換することで冷却する冷却部2と、を有する。また、バッテリーユニットSは、複数のバッテリーセル1と冷却部2との間に設けられており、所定の方向において1つおきに複数のバッテリーセル1と接する複数の第1凸部31が形成されており、熱伝導性を有する第1部材3を有する。また、バッテリーユニットSは、複数のバッテリーセル1と冷却部2との間に設けられており、所定の方向において第1部材3が接していない複数のバッテリーセル1と接する複数の第2凸部41が形成されており、熱伝導性を有する第2部材4を有する。

Claims (3)
- 所定の方向において並べて配置されている複数のバッテリーセルと、
前記複数のバッテリーセルを熱搬送媒体と熱交換することで冷却する冷却部と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記冷却部との間に設けられており、前記所定の方向において1つおきに前記複数のバッテリーセルと接する複数の第1凸部が形成されており、熱伝導性を有する第1部材と、
前記複数のバッテリーセルと前記冷却部との間に設けられており、前記所定の方向において前記第1部材が接していない前記複数のバッテリーセルと接する複数の第2凸部が形成されており、熱伝導性を有する第2部材と、
を有するバッテリーユニットであって、
前記第1部材及び前記第2部材は、前記複数のバッテリーセルの下方に設けられており、前記第1凸部及び前記第2凸部はそれぞれ前記第1部材及び前記第2部材の上面に設けられ、前記複数のバッテリーセルの下部を支持し、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの間には前記バッテリーユニットの上下方向に延在する空間が形成され、前記空間の上部は前記複数のバッテリーセルの上方に露出しているバッテリーユニット。 - 前記所定の方向と直交する方向において、複数の前記第1部材が設けられており、
