Claims (6)
- 弁口を有する弁本体と、前記弁口と向かい合う弁体と、前記弁本体に対して回転可能なローターと、前記ローターに連結される遊星歯車装置と、前記遊星歯車装置に連結され、前記弁体を移動させる駆動軸と、を有する電動弁であって、
前記遊星歯車装置が、太陽歯車と、前記太陽歯車と噛み合う遊星歯車と、前記遊星歯車を回転可能に支持する遊星キャリアと、前記遊星歯車と噛み合う固定内歯車と、を有し、
前記駆動軸が、前記遊星歯車装置によって軸周りに回転されると軸方向に移動し、
前記遊星歯車および前記遊星キャリアが、前記駆動軸とともに前記軸方向に移動し、
前記遊星歯車の複数の歯のそれぞれが、前記軸方向に延びる歯であり、
前記歯の端部に、前記軸方向に対して傾斜した傾斜面があることを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記傾斜面における前記歯の中央部に近い一端部が、当該歯の頂部にあり、
前記傾斜面における前記歯の中央部から遠い他端部が、前記固定内歯車の歯先面より内側にある、請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記傾斜面における前記歯の中央部に近い一端部が、当該歯の頂部にあり、
前記傾斜面における前記歯の中央部から遠い他端部が、前記遊星歯車の歯底面上にある、請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記遊星歯車装置が、前記遊星歯車を複数有し、
一の前記遊星歯車における前記傾斜面の傾斜角度が、他の前記遊星歯車における前記傾斜面の傾斜角度と異なる、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。 - 前記遊星歯車装置が、
第1の前記太陽歯車と、
第1の前記太陽歯車と噛み合う第1の前記遊星歯車と、
第1の前記遊星歯車を回転可能に支持する第1の前記遊星キャリアと、
第1の前記遊星キャリアと同軸に連結された第2の前記太陽歯車と、
第2の前記太陽歯車と噛み合う第2の前記遊星歯車と、
第2の前記遊星歯車を回転可能に支持する第2の前記遊星キャリアと、
第2の前記遊星歯車と噛み合う内歯車である出力歯車と、を有し、
前記駆動軸が、前記出力歯車と同軸に連結され、
前記遊星歯車装置が、前記固定内歯車を1つのみ有し、
前記固定内歯車に第1の前記遊星歯車および第2の前記遊星歯車が噛み合う、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。 - 前記遊星歯車装置が、前記太陽歯車と前記遊星歯車と前記遊星キャリアとを1組とする歯車セットをN個(ただし、Nは2以上の自然数である。)有し、
前記ローターが、第1の前記歯車セットの前記太陽歯車と同軸に連結され、
第K(ただし、K=1、・・・、N-1である。)の前記歯車セットの前記遊星キャリアが、第K+1の前記歯車セットの前記太陽歯車と同軸に連結され、
前記駆動軸が、第Nの前記歯車セットの前記遊星キャリアと同軸に連結され、
前記遊星歯車装置が、前記固定内歯車を1つのみ有し、
前記固定内歯車にN個の前記歯車セットのそれぞれの前記遊星歯車が噛み合う、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
