Claims (8)
- ヒーターと、前記ヒーターを収容して内部で熱媒体を加熱するヒーターケースと、前記ヒーターに電力供給を行うヒーター電力供給部とを備え、
前記ヒーターケースには、前記ヒーター電力供給部のシール構造が設けられると共に、当該ヒーターケースを保護するヒーターケース保護部が設けられ、
前記ヒーターケース保護部は、前記ヒーターケースから流出した熱媒体を貯留する容器であり、前記ヒーターケースよりも耐熱温度の高い部材で構成され、前記ヒーターケースとの間にシール構造が形成されていることを特徴とする車両用熱媒体加熱装置。 - 前記ヒーター電力供給部のシール構造が前記ヒーターケースの上側に配備され、前記ヒーターケース保護部は、前記ヒーターケースの下側に配備されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用熱媒体加熱装置。
- 前記ヒーターケース保護部の容積が、熱媒体の循環経路に設けられる一時貯留タンクの容量より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用熱媒体加熱装置。
- 前記ヒーターケース保護部の容積は、前記一時貯留タンクの最低水量から熱媒体の循環経路に空気が入る状態になる前記一時貯留タンクの水量までの差分容量より小さいことを特徴とする請求項3記載の車両用熱媒体加熱装置。
- 前記ヒーターケース保護部は、貯留された熱媒体を特定された方向に排出する排出孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用熱媒体加熱装置。
- 前記ヒーター電力供給部のシール構造は、前記ヒーター電力供給部を囲む電力供給部カバーを備え、
前記電力供給部カバーと前記ヒーターケースの周縁部にシール部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項記載の車両用熱媒体加熱装置。 - 請求項1~6のいずれか1項記載の車両用熱媒体加熱装置によって加熱された熱媒体が循環する空調用熱交換器を備えた車両用空調装置。
- 請求項7に記載された車両用空調装置を備えた車両であって、
熱媒体の排水方向には、熱媒体との接触が問題になる部品が排除されていることを特徴とする車両。
