前記柱状工作物を建柱する前に行う建柱準備工程と、建柱を行う建柱本工程と、からなり、

前記掘削手段によって前記基礎穴を掘削し、その基礎穴に前記筒体を縦向きに入れて周囲に土を充填する筒体設置工程と、
