Description
図1に示すように、走行中非接触給電システムは、道路105側の走行中給電システム100と、車両202側の走行中受電システム200とを備える。走行中非接触給電システムは、車両202の走行中に走行中給電システム100から車両202に給電することが可能なシステムである。車両202は、例えば、電気自動車やハイブリッド車として構成される。図1において、x軸方向は車両202の進行方向を示し、y軸方向は車両202の幅方向を示し、z軸方向は鉛直上方向を示す。後述する他の図におけるx、y、z軸の方向も、図1と同じ方向を示している。
図6に示すように、第2実施形態の道路105側の走行中給電システム110は、第1実施形態の走行中給電システム110と比較すると、シールド部材50の内側に副シールド部材55を備える点が異なっている。副シールド部材55は、アルミニウムや銅などの非磁性金属で形成されている。この場合、送電コイル40とシールド部材50との間の水平方向(y方向)の間隔をL1、送電コイル40と副シールド部材55との間の水平方向(y方向)の間隔をL2とすると、L1>L2である。この場合、穴52は、送電コイル40との水平方向の間隔が大きいシールド部材50に形成されている。こうすれば、車両202の受電コイル240と、走行中給電システム110の送電コイル40との間で相対的なズレが生じても、漏洩電流を低減しつつ、渦電流による損失を低減できる。
図7から図9に示すように、第3実施形態の走行中給電システム120は、送電コイル40と、ワイヤーメッシュ筋54とを、コンクリート125を用いて一体に形成した敷設ユニットとして形成されている。送電コイル40は、巻線42と、コア45を備えている。ワイヤーメッシュ筋54は、金属製の棒を格子状に配置し、交点を溶接して形成されたものである。ワイヤーメッシュ筋54は、コンクリートを補強する機能と、シールド部材としての機能を有する。また、ワイヤーメッシュ筋54は、4つの金属棒で囲われる開口56を有する。この開口56は、シールド部材の穴として機能し、渦電流を低減する。この開口56を「穴56」とも呼ぶ。

- 走行中給電システム(100、110、120)であって、
送電用のコイル(40)と、
前記コイルに電力を供給する送電回路(30)と、
前記コイルの電磁界をシールドするシールド部材(50、54)と、
前記シールド部材に設けられた穴(52、56)と、
を備え、
前記穴の円相当径は、前記コイルと前記穴が設けられた前記シールド部材との間隔の0.75倍以上かつ1.35倍以下である、走行中給電システム。 - 請求項1に記載の走行中給電システムであって、
前記シールド部材を2つ(50、55)備え、
前記穴は、前記コイルとの間隔が大きい方の前記シールド部材に設けられている、走行中給電システム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の走行中給電システムであって、
前記穴の円相当径は前記コイルの円相当径の半分以下である、走行中給電システム。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の走行中給電システムであって、
前記シールド部材は、前記コイルによる磁束の形成方向とは交差する方向に沿って前記コイルの外側に位置する、走行中給電システム。
