Description

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つのボルト(37、38、39)を備えた電気接続部の2つの導体(32、34)の2つの接触面の間に挿入されるように適合された接触装置(50)であって、前記接続部の電気抵抗を低減するために、高い多孔性と変形性を備えた金属発泡体板(11)で構成され、
前記金属発泡体板は、ボルトを含むように意図された少なくとも1つの円形開口部(12)と、前記開口部と前記接触装置の外縁部との間に位置する第1プレカット(18)と、を備え、前記プレカットは、前記プレカットに沿って前記発泡体板を弱め、簡単に壊れやすくするように、前記発泡体板を、その厚みの一部にわたって切ることで作成され、前記プレカットにより、前記2つの導体の前記2つの接触面の間への、前記接触装置の取り付け中に、前記ボルトが前記プレカットを通過させられることが可能となり、
さらに、前記第1プレカット(18)の延長に位置する第2プレカット(19)を備え、前記第2プレカット(19)は、前記第2プレカット(19)の第1端部が前記開口部(12)の縁部に位置し、前記第2プレカット(19)の第2端部が前記発泡体板(11)の上部外縁部に位置する直線セグメントであり、前記第2プレカット(19)は、前記第2プレカット(19)に沿って前記発泡体板を弱め、簡単に壊れやすくするように、前記発泡体板を、その厚みの一部にわたって切ることで作成されることを特徴とする、接触装置。 - 前記2つの導体の接触面と接触するように意図された前記発泡体板(11)の表面の外側に位置する把持手段(31)を備える、請求項1に記載の接触装置(50)。
- 前記発泡体板(11)が前記第1プレカット(18)及び前記第2プレカット(19)に沿って切られた後、前記把持手段(31)によってくっつけられた2つの発泡板(111及び112)を備える、請求項2に記載の接触装置(50)。
- 前記把持手段(31)が、弾性かつ非導電性の材料で作られている、請求項3に記載の接触装置(50)。
- 前記発泡体板が、前記2つの導体の前記2つの接触面の間への、前記発泡体板への挿入をさらに容易にするように、前記把持手段(31)を支持する縁部に平行で、及びそれに近い追加のプレカット(16)を備える、請求項2~4のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置(50)。
- 前記把持手段(31)は、前記接触装置を備えた電気接続部に関する情報を与えるための手段である、請求項2~5のいずれか1項に記載の接触装置(50)。
- 前記把持手段(31)が、前記電気接続部で到達した温度の表示を提供するように、温度インジケータを備える、請求項6に記載の接触装置(50)。
