Description
Claims (14)
- 風力タービン用の軸受であって、互いに半径方向に配置された第1および第2のリング(9,10)を備え、一方のリング(10)は、回転軸線を中心として他方のリング(9)に対して相対的に回転し、前記第1のリング(9)は、円筒状のリング区分(21)と、該リング区分(21)から半径方向に延在しているカラー(22)とを有し、該カラー(22)は、軸線方向の軸受要素(15)を支持する軸線方向の支持領域(23)を有する、軸受において、
前記リング区分(21)から前記カラー(22)が延在している区分で前記第1のリング(9)に、圧縮応力を生じさせる複数の予荷重要素(25)が固定され、
各々の予荷重要素(25)は、前記リング区分(21)内に延在している少なくとも部分的にねじ山を有する孔(26)に挿入された少なくとも部分的にねじ山を有するボルト(29)であり、該ボルト(29)は、前記リング(9)に対して支持面(34)に直接または間接的に支持され、
前記孔(26)の長手方向軸線は前記軸受の前記回転軸線に対して傾斜しており、
前記支持面(34)は、前記孔(26)の前記長手方向軸線に対して垂直である
ことを特徴とする、軸受。 - 前記孔(26)は、前記第1のリング(9)の軸線方向面(27)に設けられていて、前記リング区分(21)内に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の軸受。
- 前記孔(26)および前記ボルト(29)は、前記回転軸線を中心として等間隔にあることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の軸受。
- 前記軸受の前記回転軸線に対する前記孔(26)の前記長手方向軸線の角度(α)は、3°~30°であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 各々のボルト(29)は、ねじ山付き端部で前記孔(26)を越えて延在しており、ねじ山(31)に、前記支持面(34)に支持されたナット(32)が螺合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 前記回転軸線に向かって傾斜して配置された前記ナット(32)は、前記孔の長手方向軸線に対して垂直に配向された支持面(34)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の軸受。
- 各々のボルト(29)は、工具用の取付け区分を備えるボルト頭部(35)を有し、該ボルト頭部(35)は、前記支持面(34)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 前記回転軸線に向かって傾斜して配置された各々のボルト(29)の前記ボルト頭部(35)は、前記孔の長手方向軸線に対して垂直に配向された支持面(34)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の軸受。
- 前記支持面(34)は、前記第1のリング(9)と一体であるか、または前記支持面(34)を備えるワッシャ(36)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の軸受。
- 前記軸受要素(15)は、傾倒可能な流体膜軸受パッドであることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の軸受。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの軸受(1)を備える風力タービン。
- 前記軸受(1)は、前記風力タービン(1)の主軸受であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載の風力タービン。
- 前記第1のリング(9)は内側のリングであり、位置不変の主軸(7)に連結されており、これに対して、前記第2のリング(10)は外側のリングであり、発電機(12)のロータ(11)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項11または12記載の風力タービン。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の軸受の第1のリングを製造するための方法において、
まず、前記予荷重要素(25)を前記リング(9)に固定し、前記圧縮応力を発生させるために、前記予荷重要素(25)に荷重を加え、その後、前記カラー(22)の前記支持領域(23)を加工することを特徴とする方法。
