Claims (18)
- カテーテルであって、
ラインと流体ルーメンを構成する変形可能なセクションとを備え、
前記変形可能なセクションは、前記ラインの近位端側の移動によって非螺旋形状から螺旋形状へと変形可能であり、
前記変形可能なセクションが螺旋形状にあるとき、前記螺旋形状の中心を通って延伸する通路が形成されるカテーテル。 - 前記変形可能なセクションは、前記変形可能なセクションが前記螺旋形状であるときに前記ラインによって固定可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記変形可能なセクションが前記非螺旋形状であるときに、前記ラインの遠位端は前記変形可能なセクションの内部に存在する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記変形可能なセクションが前記非螺旋形状であるときよりも、前記変形可能なセクションが前記螺旋形状であるときの方が、前記ラインの遠位端側のより多くが、前記カテーテルの内側に存在する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記変形可能なセクションが固定されていないときよりも固定されているときの方が、前記ラインの遠位端側のより多くが、前記カテーテルの内部に存在する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記変形可能なセクションが前記非螺旋形状であるときに、前記ラインの一部は、前記変形可能なセクションの近位端と遠位端との間において前記カテーテルの外部にあり、
前記ラインによって、前記変形可能なセクションが前記螺旋形状に固定されているときに、前記ラインの一部は、前記変形可能なセクションの近傍で前記カテーテルの内部に存在する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記ラインは、アクチュエータにより移動可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記アクチュエータは、ピストンを備える
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記アクチュエータは、流体によって動作可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記アクチュエータ及び前記膨張ルーメンは、流体によって同時に加圧される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記ラインは、ロック機構によって固定可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記流体ルーメンと流体連通する流体ポートを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカテーテル。 - カテーテルであって、
ラインと流体ルーメンを構成する変形可能なセクションとを備え、
前記変形可能なセクションは、前記ラインを引くことにより非螺旋形状から螺旋形状に変形可能であり、
前記変形可能なセクションが前記螺旋形状にあるときに、前記カテーテルが体腔を閉塞するのを防止する通路を形成するカテーテル。 - 前記ラインは、ワイヤ、縫合糸、糸、又は、紐により構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記非螺旋形状は、線形の形状である
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記変形可能なセクションが前記非螺旋形状にあるとき、前記変形可能なセクションの近位端と遠位端との間は、第1距離離間しており、
前記変形可能なセクションが前記螺旋形状にあるとき、前記変形可能なセクションの近位端と遠位端との間は、第2距離離間しており、
前記第2距離は前記第1距離よりも短い
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカテーテル。 - 前記流体ルーメンと流体連通する流体ポートを更に備える
ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のカテーテル。 - カテーテルであって、
ラインと流体ポートを構成する変形可能なセクションとを備え、
前記変形可能なセクションは、前記ラインを引くことによって非螺旋形状から螺旋形状に変形可能であり、
前記螺旋形状における遠位端は前記ラインを引くことによって前記螺旋形状における近位端に向かって移動可能であり、
前記変形可能なセクションが前記螺旋形状にあるとき、前記螺旋形状の中心を通って延伸する通路が形成されるカテーテル。
