Description
このように構成されたクランプ装置によれば、ピン挿入孔に対するピン部材の挿入方向である第2方向が、凹部に対する凸部の挿入方向である第1方向に直交する方向であるため、ピン挿入孔に挿入されたピン部材を抜け止めとして機能させることができる。
このように構成された加工機械によれば、第1部材および第2部材の連結をより確実に維持することが可能なクランプ装置を備えた加工機械を実現することができる。
Claims (6)
- 凸部を有する第1部材と、
前記凸部が第1方向に挿入される凹部が設けられ、前記第1部材に対して着脱可能に連結される第2部材と、
前記凹部と、前記凹部に挿入された前記凸部とを相互にクランプするクランプ機構部とを備え、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材のいずれか一方の一方部材は、ピン部材を有し、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材のいずれか他方の他方部材には、前記ピン部材が前記第1方向に交差する第2方向に挿入されるピン挿入孔が設けられ、
前記第1部材は、前記凸部として、第1凸部および第2凸部を有し、
前記第2部材には、前記凹部として、前記第1凸部が挿入される第1凹部と、前記第2凸部が挿入される第2凹部とが設けられ、
前記ピン部材および前記ピン挿入孔は、前記第1凸部および前記第1凹部と、前記第2凸部および前記第2凹部とを結ぶ直線上に配置される、クランプ装置。 - 前記第2方向は、前記第1方向に直交する、請求項1に記載のクランプ装置。

前記他方部材は、前記第1方向に沿って延在し、前記第1合わせ面と対面する第2合わせ面を有し、
前記ピン部材は、前記第1合わせ面の奥側に配置される第1状態と、前記第1合わせ面から突出する第2状態との間で進退可能に設けられ、
前記ピン挿入孔は、前記第2合わせ面に開口する、請求項1または2に記載のクランプ装置。 - 前記第1部材および前記第2部材のいずれか一方は、工具主軸であり、
前記第1部材および前記第2部材のいずれか他方は、前記工具主軸に対して着脱可能に取り付けられる付加加工用ヘッドである、請求項1、2および4のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ装置。 - 請求項1、2、4および5のいずれか1項に記載のクランプ装置を備える、加工機械。
