具体的な実施例
実施例1
ケイ素酸素化合物の調製
2)真空吸引装置を備えた密閉容器中で、絶対圧が30Paのヘリウムガス雰囲気下で、1300℃の温度下で原材料を加熱してガスを生成させ、ガスには、ケイ素、酸素、アルミニウム及び硫黄元素が含有されている。
3)真空吸引装置を備えた密閉容器中で、絶対圧が30Paのヘリウムガス雰囲気下で、950℃の温度下でガスを冷却して、ガスを堆積させ、堆積物に対して破砕処理を行って、ケイ素酸素化合物を取得する。
実施例2~17及び比較例1~4
ここで、金属ケイ素3は、ケイ素元素の含有量≧98.5%、アルミニウム元素の含有量≦5000ppm、鉄元素の含有量≦5000ppm、カルシウム元素の含有量≦3000ppmを満たす。
負極シートの製造
対極として、金属リチウムシートを使用する。
セパレータとして、ポリエチレン(PE)フィルムを使用する。
電解液として、以下のものを使用する。エチレンカーボネート(EC)、メチルエチルカーボネート(EMC)及びジエチルカーボネート(DEC)を、1:1:1の体積比で混合し、フルオロエチレンカーボネート(FEC)を添加した後、LiPF6を上記の溶媒中に均一に溶解させて電解液を取得し、ここで、LiPF6の濃度は1mol/Lであり、電解液中のFECの質量比は6%である。
ボタン型電池の製造
成分及び粒径の測定
実施例1~17及び比較例1~4のケイ素酸素化合物の粒径を分析し、その粒径DV50を分析し、その結果は表2に示す通りである。
ボタン型電池の容量性能及びサイクル性能の測定
ボタン型電池の初回クーロン効率(%)=1回目リチウム脱離容量/1回目リチウム挿入容量×100%

- ケイ素酸素化合物であって、
前記ケイ素酸素化合物は、化学式がSiOxであり、
前記SiOxは、0<x<2であり、硫黄元素及びアルミニウム元素の両方が含有され、且つ、硫黄元素の含有量が20ppm~300ppmであり、アルミニウム元素に対する硫黄元素の質量比が1.5~13.0であり、前記ケイ素酸素化合物の平均粒径D V 50は、2μm~15μmである、
ケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記硫黄元素の含有量は、30ppm~250ppmである、
請求項1に記載のケイ素酸素化合物。 - 前記アルミニウム元素の含有量は、5ppm~150ppmである、
