前記アーム部材は、前記蓋を取付ける蓋取付部と、前記ボックスに前記蓋を回動自在に取付けるボックス取付部を有し、
前記ボックス取付部の先端部分の一方の側面には円柱形状の凸部と、他方の側面には円柱形状の凹部が同軸に形成され、
前記ボックスは、前記開口部を含むボックス本体と、前記ボックス本体から延設されたアーム部材収納部を有し、
前記アーム部材収納部の一方の側面には、前記ボックス取付部の前記凸部を案内するアーム部材ガイド部が突出して形成され、前記アーム部材ガイド部の先端部分には、前記ボックス取付部の前記凸部が収納される凸部受け部が形成され、
前記アーム部材収納部の他方の側面には、前記ボックス取付部の前記凹部に合致する位置に、柱状に突出し、頂部に開口を有する凹部受け部が形成され、
前記ボックス取付部の前記凸部が前記アーム部材ガイド部の前記凸部受け部に係合し、
キャップは、胴部と、前記胴部の先端部分に形成された鍔部を有し、
