Description
図1は、実施の形態1に係る電気車制御装置100を含む電気車駆動システム500の構成例を示す図である。電気車駆動システム500は、個別制御システムの構成である。
図7は、実施の形態2に係る電気車制御装置100Bを含む電気車駆動システム500Bの構成例を示す図である。実施の形態2に係る電気車駆動システム500Bでは、図1に示す実施の形態1に係る電気車駆動システム500の構成において、電気車制御装置100が電気車制御装置100Bに置き換えられている。電気車制御装置100Bでは、制御部31,32がそれぞれ制御部31B,32Bに置き換えられている。制御部31Bにはインバータ回路61,62のそれぞれの温度T1,T2を示す信号が入力される。図示は省略しているが、制御部32Bにもインバータ回路63,64のそれぞれの温度を示す信号が入力される。その他の構成は図1と同一又は同等であり、同一又は同等の構成部には同一の符号を付すと共に、重複する説明は割愛する。
Claims (5)
- 車両の前方の車輪である第一の車輪を駆動する第一の電動機と、前記車両の後方の車輪である第二の車輪を駆動する第二の電動機とを備えた台車を、前記車両の前方及び後方に、それぞれ第一の台車及び第二の台車として備えた電気車に搭載される電気車制御装置であって、
前記第一及び第二の電動機を個別に制御する複数のインバータ回路と、
複数の前記インバータ回路のうちの少なくとも一つを制御する制御部と、
を備え、
複数の前記インバータ回路は、
前記第一の台車の前記第二の電動機に接続された第一のインバータ回路と、
前記第一の台車の前記第一の電動機に接続された第二のインバータ回路と、
前記第二の台車の前記第二の電動機に接続された第三のインバータ回路と、
前記第二の台車の前記第一の電動機に接続された第四のインバータ回路と、
から構成され、
前記第一から第四のインバータ回路は、前記車両の前方から後方に向かって前記第一、第二、第三及び第四のインバータ回路の順で配置され、且つ、前記第一から第四のインバータ回路の配置順序は、前記車両の進行方向が逆になっても維持され、
前記制御部は、通常よりも高い推進能力が必要となる運転条件のときには、前記第二の電動機のトルクのみが通常運転時のトルクよりも大きくなるように制御する
ことを特徴とする電気車制御装置。 - 前記第一及び第二のインバータ回路を冷却する第一の冷却器を備え、前記第一及び第二のインバータ回路と、前記第一の冷却器とを搭載してなる第一の電力変換ユニットと、
前記第三及び第四のインバータ回路を冷却する第二の冷却器を備え、前記第三及び第四のインバータ回路と、前記第二の冷却器とを搭載してなる第二の電力変換ユニットと、
指令信号に基づいて前記制御部を制御する統括制御部を備え、
前記第一及び第二のインバータ回路は、前記車両の前方から後方に向かってこの順で前記第一の冷却器に搭載されることで前記第一のインバータ回路は前記第二のインバータ回路に対して走行風の風上側に配置され、
前記第三及び第四のインバータ回路は、前記車両の前方から後方に向かってこの順で前記第二の冷却器に搭載されることで前記第三のインバータ回路は前記第四のインバータ回路に対して走行風の風上側に配置され、
前記第一の電力変換ユニット、前記統括制御部及び前記第二の電力変換ユニットは、前記車両の前方から後方に向かってこの順で筐体に配置され、前記筐体は前記電気車の床下に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気車制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、通常よりも高い推進能力が必要となる運転条件のときにおいて、複数の前記第一及び第二の電動機の全体の出力を増加させる際には、前記第一のインバータ回路の出力を前記第二のインバータ回路の出力よりも大きくなるように制御し、且つ前記第三のインバータ回路の出力を前記第四のインバータ回路の出力よりも大きくなるように制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気車制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記第一から第四のインバータ回路の温度に基づいて複数の前記第一及び第二の電動機の各出力を変更することができ、且つ、前記第一のインバータ回路の出力が、前記第二のインバータ回路の出力よりも大きくなるように制御でき、且つ、前記第三のインバータ回路の出力が、前記第四のインバータ回路の出力よりも大きくなるように制御可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気車制御装置。 - 前記第一のインバータ回路と前記第一の台車の前記第二の電動機とを接続する接続導体と、前記第二のインバータ回路と前記第一の台車の前記第一の電動機とを接続する接続導体とを含む第一の接続導体と、
前記第三のインバータ回路と前記第二の台車の前記第二の電動機とを接続する接続導体と、前記第四のインバータ回路と前記第二の台車の前記第一の電動機とを接続する接続導体とを含む第二の接続導体とが、
互いに交差しないように前記車両に配置可能である
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の電気車制御装置。
