Description

Claims (16)
- ローターキャビティ(210;310)を含むハウジング(120;220;320)を有する静止ステータと、前記ローターキャビティ内に組み込まれた少なくとも1つの回転ローター要素(101、102)とを備える、気体を圧送するための無潤滑システム(100;200;300)であって、前記ステータは、前記ローターキャビティ内で前記ローター要素のうちの少なくとも1つの端面と前記ハウジングの内壁との間に組み込まれて前記端面に沿ってシールを形成する、少なくとも1つの自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの自己支持形シール要素の対応するローター要素に向かい合う少なくとも1つの側面上に、摩耗性被覆(122、132;222、232;322、332;501;601)を設け、
前記ローター要素(101、102)のうちの少なくとも1つの、前記摩耗性被覆と接触する少なくとも1つの端面は、前記ローター要素のローター軸の周りに切り欠き(106)が形成され、前記切り欠き(106)に存在する前記自己支持形シール要素の前記摩耗性被覆は、前記切り欠き内に延びるリング(126)を含む、とを特徴とする、無潤滑システム(100;200;300)。 - 前記自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)又はその各々は、少なくとも1.0mmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記摩耗性被覆(122、132;222、232;322、332;501;601)は、少なくとも100μmの厚さを有する、請求項1又2に記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)又はその各々は、大部分が板状である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)又はその各々は、層状構造から成る、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 少なくとも前記摩耗性被覆(122、132;222;232;322、332;501;601)は、炭素マトリックスから成る、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記炭素マトリックスは、60%を超える、80%を超える、又は95%を超える黒鉛化度P1を有する、請求項6に記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記摩耗性被覆は、100から120の間の硬度HR5/100を有する、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記ローター要素(101、102)のうちの少なくとも1つの少なくとも1つの端面は、粗さRa>1.0μmの接触面を有する、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)は、前記気体を供給するための及び/又は排出するための1又は2以上の開口(270、280)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 前記システムは、圧縮機、膨張機、又は真空ポンプである、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム。
- 気体を圧送するために、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載されるような無潤滑システムに使用される、自己支持形シール要素。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の無潤滑システム(100)を組み立てる方法であって、
(a)前記自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)又はその各々を、前記ステータの前記ハウジング(120;220;320)の内壁に取り付け、それによって前記摩耗性被覆(122、132;222;232;322、332;501;601)のそれぞれを、前記内壁のそれぞれに背を向けるようにするステップと、
(b)前記ハウジングによって境界付けされた前記ローターキャビティ(210;310)内に、少なくとも1つのローター要素(101、102)を回転可能に組み込むステップと、
(c)前記システムを運転して前記摩耗性被覆を部分的に摩滅させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つのローター要素の少なくとも1つの端面を粗面化するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ステップ(a)は、前記自己支持形シール要素(121、131;221、231;321、331;531;631)又はその各々と、前記ステータの前記ハウジング(120;220;320)の前記内壁のそれぞれとの間に、密封材及び/又は接着剤を塗布するステップを含む、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
- 前記ローター要素(101、102)のうちの少なくとも1つの、前記摩耗性被覆と接触する少なくとも1つの端面は、前記ローター要素のローター軸の周りで切り欠き(106)が形成され、前記ステップ(c)の間に、前記運転の結果として、前記自己支持形シール要素の前記摩耗性被覆上に、リング(126)が形成されてそこに存在して前記切り欠き内に延びる、請求項13、14、又は15に記載の方法。
