Description
Claims (12)
- 工具であって、作動軸に沿って移動する作動ピストンと、前記作動ピストンを前記作動軸に沿って駆動する駆動部と、を有し、前記駆動部は、電気コンデンサと、前記作動ピストンに配置されたかご形ローターと、前記コンデンサの急速放電中に電流が流れる励起コイルであって、前記作動ピストンを加速する磁場を生成する励起コイルとを有し、前記工具は、前記励起コイルを囲み、且つ前記作動軸に関して周方向に延在する軟磁性導電材料のフレームを有し、前記フレームは、前記作動軸に関して前記フレームの半径方向の範囲の大部分にわたって延在する1つ又は複数の少なくとも部分的な中断部によって互いに分離される前記軟磁性導電材料の複数の層によって構成される、工具。
- 留め付け要素を保持するためのホルダを含む、留め付け要素を基板に留め付けるための設定工具として構成され、前記作動ピストンは、前記ホルダに保持された留め付け要素を前記作動軸に沿って前記基板に移送し、前記駆動部は、前記作動軸に沿って前記作動ピストンを前記留め付け要素に駆動する、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、前記フレームの前記半径方向の範囲の内縁まで延在する、請求項1又は2に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、前記フレームの前記半径方向の範囲の外縁まで延在する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、前記作動軸に関して前記フレームの軸方向の範囲の終縁まで延在する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、前記フレームを完全に通過する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、半径方向に延在する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、前記半径方向に対して傾いて延在する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記1つ又は複数の中断部は、前記作動軸に関して軸方向に延在する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の工具。
- 前記軟磁性導電材料の前記層は、前記作動軸に対して直角に傾いている積層方向に重ねて積層される、請求項1~9に記載の工具。
- 前記軟磁性導電材料の前記層は、前記作動軸と平行に向けられる巻き軸の周りに巻かれる、請求項10に記載の工具。
- 前記軟磁性導電材料の前記層は、ほぼ平坦である、請求項10又は11に記載の工具。
