Claims (10)
- 留め具を基板(被打ち込み材)に打ち込むための固定工具、特に、手持ち固定工具であって、留め具を保持するためのホルダと、前記ホルダに保持された留め具を固定軸に沿って前記基板内に搬送するための打ち込み要素と、前記打ち込み要素を前記固定軸に沿って前記留め具に向かって駆動するためのドライブと、を備え、前記ドライブが、電気コンデンサと、前記打ち込み要素上に配置されたかご形回転子と、前記コンデンサの放電中に、電流が流れ、前記打ち込み要素を前記留め具に向かって加速する磁場を生成する励起コイルと、を備え、前記打ち込み要素は、少なくとも30J及び最大600Jの前記留め具を前記基板内に搬送するための固定エネルギーE kin 、ピストン直径dK及びピストン質量mKを有し、ピストン直径dKが、
- 前記コンデンサの前記放電中に前記励起コイルを流れる前記電流の電流強度Acoilが、立ち上がりエッジ、最大電流強度Amax、及び立ち下がりエッジを有する時間プロファイルを有し、前記電流強度Acoilが、前記最大電流強度Amaxの0.1倍から0.8倍に立ち上がる電流立ち上がり時間Δt rise が、少なくとも0.020ms及び最大0.275msであり、且つ、前記電流強度A coil が前記最大電流強度A max の0.5倍超となっているインパクト時間Δt impact が、少なくとも0.15ms及び最大2.0msである、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の固定工具。
- 前記電流立ち上がり時間Δtriseが、少なくとも0.05ms及び最大0.2msであり、及び/又は前記インパクト時間Δtimpactが、少なくとも0.2ms及び最大1.6msである、請求項4に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コンデンサの前記放電中の前記励起コイルの最大電流密度が、少なくとも800A/mm2及び最大3200A/mm2である、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コンデンサ及び前記励起コイルが電気発振回路に配置されており、前記コンデンサは静電容量Ccap及びコンデンサ抵抗Rcapを有し、前記励起コイルが自己インダクタンスLcoil及びコイル抵抗Rcoilを有し、前記電気発振回路が総抵抗Rtotalを有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の固定工具。
- 前記総抵抗Rtotalに対する前記コンデンサ抵抗Rcapの比率が、最大0.6、特に最大0.5である、請求項7に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コイル抵抗Rcoilに対する前記自己インダクタンスLcoilの比率が、少なくとも800μH/Ω及び最大4800μH/Ωである、請求項7又は8に記載の固定工具。
- 前記コンデンサがコンデンサ時定数τcap=CcapRcapを有し、前記励起コイルがコイル時定数τcoil=Lcoil/Rcoilを有し、前記コンデンサ時定数τcapに対する前記コイル時定数tcoilの比率が少なくとも10である、請求項7~9のいずれか1項に記載の固定工具
