- がんの処置に使用するための、β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子を含む医薬組成物であって、前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子が、該がんに対する免疫療法剤の治療効果を強化するのに使用するために、がん細胞において、β-カテニンmRNAを標的としかつβ-カテニンの発現を低減し、
前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子が、センス鎖及びアンチセンス鎖を含む二本鎖RNAi阻害剤分子であり、前記二本鎖RNAi阻害剤分子のセンス鎖が、配列番号1の配列を含み、
前記医薬組成物が、前記免疫療法剤と組合わせて投与されるものであり、前記免疫療法剤が、阻害性免疫チェックポイント分子のアンタゴニスト、または共刺激チェックポイント分子のアゴニストを含み、そして
前記医薬組成物が、Wnt/β-カテニン経路が活性化されているがん及びWnt/β-カテニン経路が活性化されていないがんにおけるがんの成長を阻害することができることを特徴とする医薬組成物。 - 前記センス鎖と前記アンチセンス鎖との間の相補性領域が、15~45塩基対である、請求項1に記載の医薬組成物。

- 前記免疫療法剤が、前記抗CTLA-4モノクローナル抗体と、前記抗PD-1モノクローナル抗体との組み合わせを含む、請求項14に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子が、脂質ナノ粒子を用いて製剤化され、前記脂質ナノ粒子が、カチオン性脂質及びペグ化脂質を含む、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記Wnt/β-カテニン経路が活性化されていないがんが、前記免疫療法剤を前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子と組み合わせて投与しないときには、前記免疫療法剤を用いた処置に対して耐性であり、そして、
前記Wnt/β-カテニン経路が活性化されていないがんが、黒色腫、神経芽細胞腫、または腎がんである、請求項2~16のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。 - 前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子を投与する前に、前記がんが、前記免疫療法剤に対して耐性である非T細胞炎症性表現型を示し、そして、前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子を投与することにより、前記非T細胞炎症性表現型を、前記免疫療法剤に対して応答性であるT細胞炎症性表現型へと変換させる、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記β-カテニン核酸阻害剤分子が、前記免疫療法剤の前に投与されるものである、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載の医薬組成物。
