Description
Claims (15)
- 装置であって、
動力システムであって、
エンジンと、
1つまたは複数の制御デバイスの設定に基づいて前記動力システムを制御するための1つまたは複数の制御デバイスと、
前記動力システムの動作状態を測定するための1つまたは複数のセンサであって、前記1つまたは複数のセンサに関連付けられた測定値を受信し、前記1つまたは複数の制御デバイスの設定を識別する、1つまたは複数のセンサと、
エンジン制御モジュールであって、
前記1つまたは複数の制御デバイスに関連付けられた第1セットの調整可能なパラメータが第1の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されることになると判定し、前記調整可能なパラメータの第1のセットは、前記1つまたは複数の制御デバイスの第1の制御デバイスの第1の設定を含む、前記1つまたは複数の制御デバイスの設定であり、
前記第1の最適化プロセスに従って前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータが最適化されるまで、前記第1の最適化プロセスを反復的に実行し、第1の設定の最適化された第1の設定値を決定することを含み、前記第1の最適化プロセスは、前記1つまたは複数のセンサに関連付けられた測定値に基づいて実行され、
前記調整可能なパラメータの第1のセットが、第1の最適化プロセスに従って最適化された後、1つまたは複数の前記制御デバイスに関連付けられた第2セットの調整可能なパラメータは第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されることを決定し、前記調整可能なパラメータの第2のセットは、前記1つまたは複数の制御デバイスの設定であり、
前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータが前記第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されるまで、前記第2の最適化プロセスを反復的に実行し、前記第2の最適化プロセスは、1つまたは複数のセンサに関連付けられた測定値および最適化された第1の設定値に基づいて実行され、
前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータが前記第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化された後、第2の最適化プロセスを使用して決定された第2の制御デバイスの最適化された第2の設定値を使用して動作するように第2の制御デバイスを構成するように構成された、エンジン制御モジュールと、を備え、
第1および第2の最適化プロセスは異なり、調整可能なパラメータの第1および第2のセットは異なり、
前記エンジン制御モジュールは、
動力システム最適化モジュールによって、最適化された値が第1の最適化プロセスで見つかると、前記調整可能なパラメータの第1のセットのために前記エンジン制御モジュールの最適化マッピングモジュールに最適値を設定し、
動力システム最適化モジュールによって、最適化された値が第2の最適化プロセスで見つかると、第2の調整可能なパラメータのためにセットエンジン制御モジュールの最適化マッピングモジュールに最適値を設定し、
前記最適化マッピングモジュールの最適値を使用して、前記動力システムの動作中に1つまたは複数の制御デバイスの設定するよう、さらに構成される、装置。 - 前記エンジン制御モジュールは、
前記エンジン制御モジュールの動力システム最適化モジュールによって、最適化されるように指定された調整可能なパラメータのセットから最適化される調整可能なパラメータを選択し、
前記動力システム最適化モジュールは、調整可能なパラメータの第1および第2のセットがそれぞれ、前記調整可能なパラメータの閾値数の最大値を含むように、第1および第2の最適化プロセスのそれぞれにおいて、前記調整可能なパラメータの閾値数の最大値を最適化するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記エンジン制御モジュールは、
前記動力システム最適化モジュールによって、前記調整可能なパラメータの特定の優先度または階層に従って、閾値数よりも多くの調整可能なパラメータが最適化される必要があることを決定し、
前記動力システム最適化モジュールによって、最適化される調整可能なパラメータの第1および第2のセットとなる調整可能なパラメータの閾値数を選択する、
ように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記動力システム最適化モジュールは、調整可能なパラメータの第1および第2のセットをランダムに、および/または調整可能なパラメータのそれぞれに関連付けられた1つまたは複数の優先特性に従って選択するように構成される、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記調整可能なパラメータの閾値数が6である、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記調整可能なパラメータが、優先度システムに従って最適化のために指定され、特定の調整可能なパラメータが、常に最適化されるように、最初に最適化されるように、他の調整可能なパラメータの後に最適化されるように、可能な場合に最適化されるように、および/または他の優先指定に従って最適化されるよう構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記調整可能なパラメータは層に割り当てられ、第1の層の調整可能なパラメータは、前記第1の最適化プロセスに従って調整可能なパラメータの第1のセットとして最適化され、
第2の層の調整可能なパラメータは、最初の最適化プロセスの後に行われる第2の最適化プロセスに従って調整可能なパラメータの第2のセットとして最適化される、請求項6に記載の装置。 - 前記エンジン制御モジュールが、閾値期間内に前記第1および第2の最適化プロセスの閾値数の計算を反復的に行うことができるだけであるように構成される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 時間の閾値期間が60ms、120ms、または400msであり、計算の閾値数が200、400、または1000である請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および/または第2の最適化プロセスが、
勾配ベースの最適化方法、非勾配ベースの最適化方法、および/または勾配ベースの最適化方法と非勾配ベースの最適化方法の組み合わせなど、調整可能なパラメータの値のセミランダムな割り当てと、
制御装置およびセンサからの設定および/または測定値を使用して、前記動力システムのエンジンの性能を計算するモデルと、および/または
重み係数、性能、および/または制約などに基づく、前記動力システムのエンジンの最良の性能を定義するコスト関数と、
含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記調整可能なパラメータの第1および第2のセットは、前記第1および第2の最適化プロセスを実行する閾値数の反復が同じまたは同様の対応する値(つまり、許容範囲内)の結果をもたらした後に、
調整可能なパラメータの第1または第2のセットの調整可能なパラメータの閾値数のため、
調整可能なパラメータの第1または第2のセットの閾値パーセンテージのため、および/または
調整可能なパラメータの第1または第2のセット内の少なくとも特定の調整可能なパラメータのために、
前記第1および第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記動力システムは、吸気システム、排気システム、および排気ガス再循環システムを含み、
前記吸気システム、前記排気システム、および前記排気ガス再循環システムに関連する調整可能なパラメータは、前記第1および第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化される。請求項1に記載の装置。 - 調整可能なパラメータの前記第1のセットは、
エンジンのシリンダーに噴射される燃料の量、
エンジンのシリンダーに燃料を噴射するタイミング、または
エンジンのシリンダーに噴射される燃料の圧力、
の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 調整可能なパラメータの前記第2のセットは、
エンジンのシリンダーに入る空気の圧力、
動作中に燃料を受け取るエンジンのシリンダーの数、
動力システムの後処理システムの補助再生装置の質量流量、
排気背圧弁の位置、
吸気絞り弁の位置、
燃料を噴射するために使用される燃料のショット数に対応するエンジンのショットモード、
マルチショットモードでのシリンダーへの燃料のショット間の時間量、
マルチショットモードでのショットあたりの燃料の量、
の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記燃料の量および/またはタイミングは常に最適化され、他のパラメータは優先順位付けスキームに従って燃料量とともに最適化される、請求項1に記載の装置。
