Description
Claims (10)
- 制御デバイスおよびセンサを含む動力システムに関連付けられた、エンジン制御モジュールであって、
第1セットの前記制御デバイスに関連付けられた第1セットの調整可能なパラメータが第1の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されることになると判定する判定手段と、
前記第1の最適化プロセスに従って前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの各調整可能なパラメータが最適化されるまで、前記第1の最適化プロセスを反復的に実行する実行手段であって、
前記第1の最適化プロセスが、前記制御デバイスに関連付けられたパラメータの値および前記センサから受信した測定値に基づいて実行される、実行手段と、
第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されるべき第2セットの前記制御デバイスに関連付けられた第2セットの調整可能なパラメータを選択する選択手段と、
前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータが前記第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されるまで、前記第2の最適化プロセスを反復的に実行する実行手段と、
制御デバイスを、前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータが前記第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化された後前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの第1の調整可能なパラメータについて1つの最適化された値または前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの第2の調整可能なパラメータについて1つの最適化された値を用いて前記動力システム内で動作するように構成する構成手段と、を備えるエンジン制御モジュール。 - 前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータが、前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータの最適化特性に基づいて最適化されることになると判定する判定手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエンジン制御モジュール。
- 前記第1の最適化プロセスの各反復が、前記センサから受信された前記測定値に基づいて前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの前記第1の調整可能なパラメータに対して前記最適化された値を識別するために前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータの値を反復的に調整することを含み、
前記第2の最適化プロセスの各反復が、前記センサから受信した前記測定値に基づいて前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの前記第2の調整可能なパラメータに対して前記最適化された値を識別するために前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータの値を反復的に調整することを含む、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。 - 前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータが、前記第1の最適化プロセスの閾値回数の反復に対して変化しない前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータの値に基づいて最適化されていると判定する判定手段、および
前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータが、前記第2の最適化プロセスの閾値回数の反復に対して変化しない前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータの値に基づいて最適化されていると判定する判定手段をさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。 - 前記第1の最適化プロセスと前記第2の最適化プロセスとが同じ種類の最適化プロセスである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。
- 前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの1つのパラメータが、前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの1つのパラメータと同じパラメータである、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。
- 前記制御デバイスの設定を前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータおよび前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータのうちの少なくとも一方に対する最適化された値に調整するように前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータおよび前記第2セットの調整可能なパラメータに関連付けられた制御デバイスを構成する構成手段をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。
- 前記第1セットの調整可能なパラメータは、前記エンジンのシリンダの中に噴射される燃料の量、前記該燃料が前記エンジンの前記シリンダの中に噴射されるときのタイミング、および前記エンジンの前記シリンダの中に噴射される燃料の圧力を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。
- 前記動力システムが、
前記エンジンと、
前記制御デバイスと、
前記センサと、
前記エンジン制御モジュールと、を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のエンジン制御モジュール。 - 動力システムのエンジンの動作中に最適化されることになる、複数のパラメータのうちの1つの第1パラメータを、エンジン制御モジュールによって、識別すること、
第1の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されるべき第1セットのパラメータを、前記エンジン制御モジュールによって、選択することであって、
前記第1セットのパラメータが前記第1パラメータを含む、選択すること、
前記第1セットのパラメータが最適化されるまで、前記第1の最適化プロセスを、前記エンジン制御モジュールによって、反復的に実行すること、
1つの第1の制御デバイスを、前記第1の最適化プロセスを使用して決定された、前記第1セットのパラメータのうちの少なくとも1つについて、1つの最適化された値に基づいて動作するように、前記エンジン制御モジュールによって、構成すること、
前記第1セットのパラメータが最適化された後、第2の最適化プロセスに従って最適化されるべき第2セットのパラメータを、前記エンジン制御モジュールによって、選択することであって、前記第2セットのパラメータが前記第1のパラメータを含む、選択すること、
前記第2セットのパラメータが最適化されるまで、前記第2の最適化プロセスを、前記エンジン制御モジュールによって、反復的に実行すること、および
1つの第2の制御デバイスを、前記第2の最適化プロセスを使用して決定された、前記第2セットのパラメータのうちの少なくとも1つに対して、1つの最適化された値に基づいて動作するように、前記エンジン制御モジュールによって、構成すること、を含む方法。
