Description
Claims (12)
- 患者からの放射線を検出するように構成された固体型検出器と、患者を撮像するように構成された撮像装置と、を含む携帯型スキャナと、
別々の時点の各スキャンで患者から検出された放射能に基づいて生成される時間放射能曲線から内部線量を決定するように構成された画像処理装置と、
を備える単一光子放射断層撮影(SPECT)システムであって、
前記画像処理装置は、(1)別々の時点の各スキャンで前記固体型検出器によって検出された患者からの放射線検出結果と、(2)前記撮像装置の出力とを使用して、放射能分布を断層撮影形態に整合させるように構成され、
さらに前記画像処理装置は、前記固体型検出器の遠視野内又は前記固体型検出器の近視野内の患者身体に対し、放射能分布を断層撮影形態に整合させるように構成される、SPECTシステム。 - 前記撮像装置はカメラを含み、
前記画像処理装置は、放射能分布を整合させるときに、前記携帯型スキャナの位置を、前記カメラから出力される光学的画像に基づいて決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。 - 前記撮像装置はカメラを含み、
前記画像処理装置は、マルチモーダル再構成で放射能分布を整合させるように構成され、そのマルチモーダル再構成のために患者の体内構造を推定するべく前記カメラから出力される画像を使用する、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。 - 前記撮像装置はカメラを含み、
前記画像処理装置は、放射能分布を整合させるときに、別々の時点における患者の位置を前記カメラの出力から判別し、そして、前記カメラの出力に整合させた前記別々の時点の放射能分布を用いて時間放射能曲線を決定する、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。 - 前記画像処理装置は、前記時間放射能曲線を別々の時点の放射能にあてはめることで線量を決定するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。
- 前記画像処理装置は、前記時間放射能曲線を、別々の時点の放射能と追加時点の放射能とにあてはめることで線量を決定するように構成され、前記追加時点の放射能は、スキャンのために患者を載置するベッドを有するSPECTスキャナから得られる、請求項5に記載のSPECTシステム。
- 前記携帯型スキャナの重さは、5キログラム以下である、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。
- 前記固体型検出器は、異なるエネルギを検出するように構成され、
前記画像処理装置は、前記異なるエネルギのうちの低い方についてはコリメータを用いると共に前記異なるエネルギのうちの高い方についてはコンプトンイメージングを用いて断層撮影形態に整合させるように構成可能である、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。 - 前記携帯型スキャナは、さらにジャイロスコープを含み、
前記画像処理装置は、前記ジャイロスコープにより得られる前記携帯型スキャナの方向を使用して放射能分布を整合させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。 - 前記遠視野では、前記固体型検出器の画角内に患者が収まって全身を網羅可能で、前記携帯型スキャナの1つの位置で放射能分布を整合させ、
前記近視野では、前記携帯型スキャナが前記遠視野よりも患者に近く、前記画角内に患者の一部のみが収まり、前記携帯型スキャナを移動させて患者に対し異なる位置から走査することで放射能分布を整合させる、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。 - 前記固体型検出器は、1ミリメートル以下の空間分解能を有し且つ大きさが500平方センチメートル未満であり、前記遠視野で、患者から前記携帯型スキャナまでの距離が少なくとも1メートルである、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。
- 前記携帯型スキャナを取り付け可能な支持具をさらに備え、
前記携帯型スキャナは、複数回のスキャンのうち少なくとも1回のスキャンのために前記支持具に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載のSPECTシステム。
