R2は、出現されるたびに、それぞれ独立でH又は直鎖の炭素原子数1~10のアルキル基から選択され、n1は、出現されるたびに、それぞれ独立で1~4の整数から選択される。)

ステップS10において、化合物1及び化合物2に対して、第1の触媒下でグラフト反応をさせて、第1の中間体を得る。
合成例1
1)窒素雰囲気下、滴下漏斗、コンデンサー、スターラー、温度計を備えた4つ口フラスコに2molのフェノールを加え、100℃まで加熱した後、10gの触媒(三フッ化ホウ素エーテル)を加えた後、滴下速度を制御してDCPDを滴下し、5時間以内に終えるように1molのDCPDを加えた。次に、反応液を2時間保温した後、室温まで冷却した。次に、フェノール及び未反応のDCPDを減圧・蒸留により除去した。水で洗浄した後、溶媒メチルエチルケトンを添加した。濾過及び蒸留により溶媒及び水の一部を除去すると、残りを注ぎ出して冷却して、使用するためのDCPDフェノール樹脂を得た。当該DCPDフェノール樹脂は以降のプロセスに利用され、構造が次のとおりである。
1)窒素雰囲気下、滴下漏斗、コンデンサー、スターラー、温度計を備えた4つ口フラスコに2molのフェノールを加え、100℃まで加熱した後、15gの触媒(三フッ化ホウ素エーテル)を加えた後、滴下速度を制御して化合物TCPDを滴下し、5時間以内に終えるように1molのTCPDを加えた。次に、反応液を2時間保温した後、室温まで冷却した。次に、フェノール及び未反応の化合物TCPDを減圧・蒸留により除去した。水で洗浄した後、溶媒メチルエチルケトンを添加した。濾過及び蒸留により溶媒及び水の一部を除去すると、残りを注ぎ出して冷却して、使用するための第1の中間体を得た。当該第1の中間体は以降のプロセスに利用され、構造が次のとおりである。

1)80質量部の変性アリル化合物Aを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーAを得た。

1)80質量部の変性アリル化合物Aを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間反応して予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーAを得た。
1)80質量部の変性アリル化合物Aを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間反応して予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーAを得た。
1)40質量部の変性アリル化合物A及び40質量部のアリルビスフェノールAを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーBを得た。
1)80質量部の変性アリル化合物Aを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間反応して予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーAを得た。
1)80質量部の変性アリル化合物A及び40質量部のアリルビスフェノールAを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間反応して予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーCを得た。
1)50質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂、30質量部のビスフェノールA型シアネートエステル樹脂、5質量部のDCPD型ベンゾオキサジンを、メチルエチルケトンと、トルエンと、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルの混合溶媒に溶解した。メチルエチルケトンと、トルエンと、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルの質量比は、1:1:1である。攪拌条件下で、10質量部の溶融シリカ及び1質量部の2-メチルイミダゾールを添加し、攪拌を続けて、均一のビスマレイミド樹脂組成物接着剤溶液を得た。
実施例1~6及び比較例1~3で製造された銅張積層板に対して性能試験を行った。結果は、以下の表2に示されている。
1)70質量部の変性アリル化合物Aを溶融状態まで加熱した後、100質量部のビスマレイミド樹脂を加え、150℃で60分間反応して予備重合した後、室温まで冷却して、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーを得た。次に、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーを、メチルエチルケトンと、トルエンと、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルの混合溶媒に溶解した。メチルエチルケトンと、トルエンと、プロピレングリコールメチルエーテルの質量比は、1:1:1である。攪拌条件下で、変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーが100質量部であるという基準とし、5質量部の過酸化ジクミルDCPと30質量部の溶融シリカを添加し、攪拌を続けて均一の変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマー樹脂組成物接着剤溶液を得た。
実施例8は、ステップ1)において、変性アリル化合物Aが変性アリル化合物Bに置き換えられていること以外に、実施例7と基本的に同様である。
実施例9は、ステップ1)において、70質量部の変性アリル化合物Aが50質量部の変性アリル化合物Aに置き換えられていること以外に、実施例7と基本的に同様である。
実施例10は、ステップ1)において、70質量部の変性アリル化合物Aが60質量部の変性アリル化合物Bに置き換えられていること以外に、実施例7と基本的に同様である。
比較例4は、ステップ1)において、変性アリル化合物Aが2,2-ジアリルビスフェノールA(DABPA)に置き換えられていること以外に、実施例7と基本的に同様である。
比較例5は、ステップ1)において、変性アリル化合物Aが添加されていないこと以外に、実施例7と基本的に同様である。他のステップと条件は、実施例7と同様である。
実施例7~10及び比較例4~5で製造された銅張積層板に対して性能試験を行った。結果は、以下の表4に示されている。
Claims (9)
- R2は、出現されるたびに、Hから選択されるものである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の変性アリル化合物。
- 調製原料には、ビスマレイミド樹脂及び請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の変性アリル化合物が含まれる、ことを特徴とする変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマー。
- 前記変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーの調製原料には、質量部の数によれば、100質量部の前記ビスマレイミド樹脂及び40~100質量部の前記変性アリル化合物が含まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマー。
- 前記変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーの調製原料には、ジアリルビスフェノールA、ジアリルビスフェノールS、ジアリルビスフェノールF、及びビスフェノールAジアリルエーテルの少なくとも1つから選択される他のアリル化合物がさらに含まれ、前記他のアリル化合物と前記変性アリル化合物との質量比は、(5~40):(40~80)である、ことを特徴とする請求項5或いは6に記載の変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマー。
- 樹脂の調製における請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーの使用。
- 硬化促進剤、無機充填剤、及び請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の変性ビスマレイミドプレポリマーから構成される、ことを特徴とする変性樹脂組成物。
