Claims (4)
- 加圧潤滑油を供給するための可変容量型潤滑油ポンプ(10)であって、
前記可変容量型潤滑油ポンプ(10)は、
ポンプハウジング(14)と、
前記ポンプハウジング(14)内に配置され、略円筒形のポンプチャンバ(20)を半径方向に制限する変位可能な制御リング(16)と、
前記制御リング(16)にて部分的に制限され、前記制御リング(16)の対向する横方向にそれぞれ位置する入口チャンバ(22)および出口チャンバ(28)と、
前記制御リング(16)の出口チャンバ側の横方向に位置する横方向スライドベアリング(34)と、を備え、
前記横方向スライドベアリング(34)には、
前記ポンプハウジング(14)にて画定される第1横方向スライドベアリング面(36)と、
前記第1横方向スライドベアリング面(36)の反対側において、前記制御リング(16)にて画定される第2横方向スライドベアリング面(38)と、
前記2つの横方向スライドベアリング面(36,38)の間に画定される横方向スライドベアリング間隙(40)と、が設けられ、
前記制御リング(16)には、前記横方向スライドベアリング間隙(40)と前記入口チャンバ(22)とを流体的に接続する排流路(42)が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする可変容量型潤滑油ポンプ(10)。 - 前記制御リング(16)の前記第2横方向スライドベアリング面(38)内に、前記制御リング(16)の軸方向に沿って設けられ、前記入口チャンバ(22)と流体的に接続される横方向溝(44)にて前記排流路(42)が部分的に画定される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変容量型潤滑油ポンプ(10)。 - 前記制御リング(16)の頂部側スライド面(50)に頂部側溝(46)が設けられ、および/または前記制御リング(16)の底部側スライド面(52)に底部側溝(48)が設けられ、
前記頂部側溝(46)および前記底部側溝(48)またはいずれか一方は、前記横方向溝(44)と流体的に通じ、部分的に前記排流路(42)を画定する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の可変容量型潤滑油ポンプ(10)。 - 前記制御リング(16)には、前記ポンプチャンバ(20)と前記入口チャンバ(22)とを流体的に接続する吸引開口部(26)が設けられ、
前記排流路(42)は、前記吸引開口部(26)に流体的に通じている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の可変容量型潤滑油ポンプ(10)。
